The drink description says "vanilla cold foam" and this was not cold foam. I saw that it was steamed milk and turned to foam. Pretty much the opposite of cold foam. If they made their own cold foam this would have made the drink more unique. Could have been 5 stars if as described. Anyway, service was friendly and the small shop is cute. Gave me the hit of cold caffeine I was looking for.

Too many words and thoughts to describe this establishment in 140 characters. Case Study encompasses all of the following: Craftsmanship, Genuine Approach, Authenticity, Attention to detail, Honesty and Vulnerability. The words above are the reasons why this new venture/business will thrive. While the space is amazing, the coffee and crepes are enough for anyone to return. Taking the time to get to know the owners is the real icing on the cake. Will and Rene as a tag-team duo is a unique and special bond to witness. Their ability to convert a portion of the wood shop into a coffee lounge in a short amount of time, is a testament to their willingness to listen and learn from others. While "A Craftsmen Never Dies" is illuminated on the wall, it serves more than a reminder and is felt throughout the entirety of the space, the hospitality and the overall product. While I don't want to spoil all of the details, I think it would be worth your time to ask Will and Rene about their love for problem solving. Facing challenges head-on is not everyone's cup of Joe...but I'm positive someone could write case study around their addiction to it. read more

Chocolate Dubai Latte = OBSESSED! Round two at Case Study, and I'm officially convinced this place needs to be on my regular coffee rotation! This was my second visit to this location, and once again, the coffee did NOT disappoint. This time I went for the Chocolate Dubai Latte, and WOW. I cannot emphasize enough how GOOD this latte was! The flavors were so rich, smooth, and beautifully balanced. Every sip was giving chocolatey, indulgent, and seriously delicious without feeling overwhelming. You can really taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients, and that made this latte stand out for me. It wasn't just a cute drink--it was genuinely SO GOOD. Honestly? 100/10. No notes. I absolutely loved it and already know I'll be coming back to try more from their menu. Case Study Coffee has officially earned a spot in my regular coffee shop rotation, and I'm not mad about it! If you love fun, flavorful specialty coffee, definitely add this place to your list. The Chocolate Dubai Latte has my heart. 10/10 would happily sip again! read more

Case Study has always been my safe haven when it comes to tea, but today I made the decision to explore their coffee choices. The scent of freshly brewed coffee filled the air as I curled up in a comfortable corner with my most recent read, setting the tone for a restful evening. Rich and strong, the coffee was a nice surprise. It went well with my book, bringing together a symphony of tastes that made reading more enjoyable. The Case Study baristas are experts in what they do. The ambiance here is a serene backdrop to escape the hustle, allowing you to savor both your beverage and your book. Whether you're a tea enthusiast or branching out to their coffee offerings, Case Study continues to be the ideal spot for a peaceful retreat with a good book in hand. read more

It's a real love-hate issue for me with Case Study.... I love everything about this place except leaving with the kitchen smell on me for the rest of the day. Great vibe, great staff, great food, great coffee, great energy. No complaints there. I've visited at least 15 times at different hours, and each time my clothes smell like I worked a shift, not like I grabbed coffee. I have to go home, shower, and change before doing anything else. I'll still come back, because the place itself is that good. But from now on, it has to be my final stop of the day before going home. Ownership needs to address ventilation or airflow because this place deserves better than having a kitchen smell as a souvenir. read more
