Great service, saved me a lot of time and money. The ignition lock in my 2007 Toyota Tacoma was starting to bind up, and the key would not turn in the lock about half the time. They replaced a worn pin in the lock mechanism and our keys now work like new. I made an appointment at their office, and they rebuilt the lock in the parking lot while I went for coffee. I ran to the store with my little one, and found out upon our return, that the bottom lock had been locked! We always lock the deadbolt only, so we were locked out. I just purchased a new home in Everett and chose Cascade Lock & Key because they had great Yelp reviews. Chris agreed to meet me at my new house at 11am. About 10 minutes before 11 he called and apologized profusely because he was going to be late. I asked, "How late?" He said, "about 5 minutes" and again apologized. At first I thought I had misheard him because NO ONE calls if they are going to be only 5 minutes late. In my experience, many people don't call at all...they wait for you to call them wondering where they are. So this impressed me immediately, and as it turns out, Chris was only 2 minutes late :) As conscientious as he clearly is about being on time or communicating any kind of delay, Chris is equally friendly, quick, and accommodating. This is by far the best locksmith I have ever worked with! We just purchased our first home and needed to rekey our house locks. Our front door had a specialty lock set so we couldn't just pick a new set up from Home Depot because it wouldn't sit right within the frame.
