Meat sweats!! The waiters are on it, you drink never gets half empty. The Brazilian lemonade is wonderful. I don't think I tasted anything bad here. I take that back, I do not care for lamb, but that is a personal choice. The meats are great. The pineapple at the end of your meal is almost like dessert. The price is good for everything you get. I wish people would follow dress code more. Some of the patrons looked like hobos and this is a nice restaurant. When your waiter or waitress is in a tux and you're wearing T-shirt shorts, crocs, and a cap. Maybe you should feel bad. Other than some of the patrons looking like feral people, this is a great restaurant to come to. Put on your nice clothes on, put the cloth napkin on your lap and bring your appetite. For dessert I suggest the flaming cheesecake.

Very rare that I will still be sitting in my seat while reviewing. But everything from service to ambiance and food good god almighty- it's worth it. If you remember Fogo from like 10-15 years ago? This is like 150x better than that. Charcoal pit so you get that perfect crust on the meats. Salad bar was amazing. The service is as excellent as the food. The staff is attentive and work together to take care of you. If you know the difference between cooked on charcoal and just a gas flame... well let's put it this way if you know you know, and appreciate. Oh right and the cooked pineapple is like candy I do not have a single complaint or anything they could improve on from beginning to end. Wish I had pics but too busy stuffing my face since they literally brought cuts back to back

My husband and I love coming here! The service is always outstanding and their food is immaculate!

The service was very kind here. They checked on us a good amount of times and the meat was always coming when our sign was green. If you didn't know, they give you a two sided circle card to have at your table as a signal for the servers; so when it's red, that means you don't want meat at the moment. We went on Christmas Day and it was packed. We had a reservation and we were on time but it still took 20 minutes to seat us. When we were trying to move around the restaurant, we were dodging servers left and right. My boyfriend said someone got really close to him with the meat knife. The servers need to slow down a bit coming around corners. The food was delicious, the meats were very rare and tender. The filet minon and the sirloin were very salty. The lamb was my favorite along with the picahana which was a little crispy with a nice piece of fat. I'd come back here again on a less busy night!

Wow! The service and meats were perfect. Seasoned and cooked just the way we like it. So good I forgot to take pictures. IMO everything was just better than the other 2 Brazilian places in town.

This is my second time dining at Casa Do Brasil. My first time dining here was Mother's Day last year, when they overbooked the reservations and we waited about 45 minutes to get in WITH a reservation. Very frustrating to say the least. However, they have redeemed themselves with a positive experience when I went for a friend's birthday dinner. The atmosphere was pleasant and there are servers available at any time. I was pleased that we got sat right away and they said happy birthday to my friend right away. If you haven't been there before, they give you circular cards that are green on one side, and red on the other side. You flip it to green when you want the servers to come over with different cuts of meat to cut for you. They will also cut according to your temperature preference which is nice. I loves the bacon wrapped filets and the grilled pineapple. The salad bar is extensive however, since I bought the full experience, I saved room for the meat. You can also order a steak a la carte like my other friend did. I wish I could eat more food because I love the complementary cheese bread that they brought out. They served us complementary dessert for my friend and we ordered the Chocolate Molten Cake with vanilla ice cream. A much better experience time around, and I believe that the overbooking was hopefully a one time mistake.

The service was very attentive. There were lots of great options at the salad bar and all of the meat and appetizers we were served was great. I liked the lighting in the dining area, and even though it was a little too pricey for me, I liked the deserts a lot. I came here for a date and it was awesome! I think my only complaint is the price, but even that compared to other restaurants that offer similar service was much better! This place was great and I definitely would recommend. Also, it was our anniversary so they gave us one free desert which I thought was super nice and well presented. Also, I had never ordered meat at specific temperatures before, and so I was trying it all different ways and their rare meat was very rare. Still I got what I asked for and that was not an issue with them!

This place was awesome! SHOUT OUT TO MY SERVER DANIEL if you get Daniel, you won't be disappointed I promise Now, it is your Brazilian style steakhouse restaurant. Their salad bar is creative, they also offer seafood as part of their meat selection, and they have AMAZING incredible cocktails. What really made the experience special was the staff. So kind, so sweet The only thing I would recommend to the business owner, is this: most times I asked for "rare/medium rare" I received close to well done maybe just make sure your staff who's bringing the meats can locate where the different temperatures are on each cut of meat to cater to each customers doneness preference. That blew it for me, but I didn't want to be rude. Not having the meat cooked to your preference can really make or break someone's experience. I should have said something, but I was having so much fun, I didn't want to mention it. Hope they can fix that issue, because this place was a blast. Hope to come back maybe one day.

This was our first time going to Casa Do Brasil, and now it is our new favorite Brazilian steakhouse for date nights! We made reservations for the Valentine's Experience: Full experience (salad bar + meats), one dessert for the couple, and one alcoholic beverage for each person. There's lots of parking spots open. We walked in and the ambiance was nice! We say pretty close to other tables, but the environment is not loud; think low noise chatter. The service was incredible! They would walk around all the tables often and refill our waters before we even notice we're running low, clear our plates at just the right time, and are so kind! The only thing I wish they had was some cold cut fruits at the salad bar. I was just craving some cold fruits to bite into after all the meats! We left the place STUFFED and happy.

A truly perfect Christmas experience. Impeccable service and food. Oh my god the meat, the pineapple and the papaya dessert. I loved the way they pulled in the chairs for my mother. No wait for any meat. Excellent management! Thank you Emre, Carlos, Patrick and Kim.

Cual es la hora del brunch?

They have brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11:30-3 😁

How much per person is the brunch for Saturday? First timers wanting to try?

Hi there! The current menu (as of 2/24) states it is $42.50 for brunch full experience.

How do you guys do it? I don't understand how you have consistently delicious quality with every server! I was literally blown away!! My friends and I are still raving about the food. But seriously, what is your secret to the deliciousness?

Love

Is the Saturday and Sunday brunch any different then the weekday menu?

The main difference is the addition of fruits and berries, greek yogurt, granola, passion fruit mousse, homemade pancakes, swiss and ham frittatas, roasted potatoes, lobster bisque, Brazilian guava cornbread, etc. The skewered meat course remains…

The noise level was slightly loud, but not overbearing. The food was OK. The tops sirloin steak was average, only the side salsa made it a bit more appealing. The salad bar was average, nothing special. I definitely preferred Fogo de ciao in comparison. I will say the Brazilian lemonade was fantastic, I've never had a creamy lemonade and it's a new favorite. The servers were all extremely friendly and eager to serve. There was plenty of parking outside and the restaurant was not full, so it seems that lunchtime would be easily accessible. Verdict: I would only return if a business meeting required it in the area.

Crispy on the outside while incredibly creamy and soft on the inside. 9/10 Bolinha de Queijo (fried cheese balls) were my son's favorite, basically their version of mozzarella sticks. 9/10 Pizza Queijo, cheese pizza with crust stuffed with Brazilian cream cheese, really good. 8/10 Espetinho de Chicken Heart, my wife's choice and she loved it. My friend and I had lunch at Espada de Brazil yesterday, and what an absolute delight!…read more If you're looking for the classic Brazilian steakhouse experience, you'll find it here -- ample, delicious servings of picanha, fraldinha, and a variety of other meats, plus grilled pineapple, which I'd never had before and was amazing. The salad and hot dish bars are fabulous, too. Maybe not as enormous a spread as you'll find at one of the large Austin Brazilian steakhouses, but all the key things you'd want are there: smoked salmon, boiled shrimp, caprese salad, charcuterie, and some unexpected surprises in the hot section, including BBQ ribs and an amazing feijoada. I'll be back soon for just the salad bar for lunch! And if you're not in the mood for all-you-can-eat meat, they also have a bar menu with lighter fare like a picanha sandwich, along with other specialties carried over from their food truck experience. The caipirinhas were perfect -- both the classic and the passionfruit. We also got a sample of their sangria, which was excellent. But the highlight was really the service. Samira, one of the owners, works the bar and visits with guests. She's super-friendly and clearly cares deeply about both the business and the community. Our waiter -- sorry, I didn't catch his name -- was warm and friendly, with exactly the right amount of attentiveness. And the whole team serving the meats and sides contributed to the experience. Exquisite dining experience, with small-town, personal warmth. And all of it for roughly $10-20 less per person than you'd expect to spend at a comparable Brazilian steakhouse in Austin. I really hope to see them do well with the full-service location. They're a terrific addition to the Bastrop restaurant scene.

We went to this new restaurant in Bastrop last Friday and had such a good time! The new owners have…read moredone a lot in a short time but say they are still going to do a lot more to improve the place inside and out. They are no longer using the door facing the street so if you've ever been there, be sure and drive around the back now. This gives them much more room inside for more tables. They have redone the bar area and it looks very elegant when you walk in. This was our first visit there and we were glad that the manager came to our table to explain the menu to us. It can get a little confusing. They started out by bringing french fries and some fried strips of potatoes to our table. After our drinks came, they came to take our order. You can get the feast, which includes the salad bar and all of the meats they bring around to your table. Or you can just get the salad bar for a lot cheaper, and there are more than enough items on there for a full dinner, just not the meat selection. The drink I ordered was a strawberry caipirinha and it was delicious. You start out with the salad bar which is really a little misleading because there's way more on there than your typical salad bar. When you are finished with the salad bar, you turn the little card they give you to the green side up and they start coming around to your table with the different variety of meats. Some of them I liked, some of them not as much, but that's the fun thing about it - getting to try all of the different flavors. The servers were all friendly but I did have a hard time understanding some of them when they were telling me which type of meat they were serving. The place was packed and there was quite a line when we left so I highly recommend having a reservation, especially on the weekends. It is fairly pricey but worth it for a nice night out. We will be back! Welcome to Espadas de Brazil!
