    CarZone is being sued by multiple customers. They buy garbage cars and lie about the paperwork and condition of the car. They will put you in an unsafe vehicle, have you "bring the car back in" so they can "fix" it. Then they will do things like say they put new tires. But they didn't. They had the illegal undocumented guy in the back rotate your tires and crack your rims. Then you will be lied to and get gummy plugs in your tires. They will pop on the freeway and you will have your kids in the car. After that you continue to contact them, they never respond. I'm out a car and my car has a bad engine and looks to have been in a rollover. Oh and you won't have working headlights or turning signals. Which they also fixed all three times I had to bring the car back. The liftgate box they "fixed" was a zip tie. I was unable to get ahold of them at all so I stopped in. Moses tried to tell me he's just the middle man. I explained extensively how it is illegal to sell a car that is not safety compliant. All he could say was "im just the middle man". I asked why he blocked me the day my tires popped. Same response. All of you below that Also got ripped off and endangered, my attorney is fantastic. Feel free to message me and I can give you the contact info. I have them plenty of opportunity to be honest. I have a car that pours oil bc their guy in the back used the wrong hoses and murdered my engine. The "warranty" Moises said was mandatory, it's not. It's part of the scam. A full investigation has been done on this company. The findings are not good. The state of California takes selling vehicles meeting safety specs CRITICAL by law. Their greed could have cost my family their lives and that's clearly unacceptable. Don't trust them. Don't waste your time.

    ‼ DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP‼ if you do not want to get SCAMED. Guys I'm writing this review because enough is enough. I will try to keep it simple. We came looking for a truck very excited from Long beach to Riverside. We had an appointment with Moises. He was helpful showing us the trucks. Pretty cool guy. We test drove 2 trucks and decided to go with a 2015 Chevy Sil. We saw the truck and asked if it was good to be sold they said yes. They let us drive it. ( had the air sensor filter on) but Moises said it was normal. Wasn't a big deal for us because we know that when you don't drive a car for a while the sensor can turn on. Wtv... we were pushed to " write a 5 star review before leaving" the warranty that's usually optional was forced and the price of the truck went up by $2000 at the moment of signing. We agreed and moved forward. " when we left we noticed the audio wasn't working. ( no dig deal we called Moises he said to take the truck back that they would fix it.) okay, so we did. 2 weeks pass by and the trucks Engine light turns on. We were shocked so we again call Moises. He asked for us to once again take the truck so we did. They said they checked and " replaced the battery" and other "parts ". I asked what exactly was wrong and what was replaced no one could really give me an answer. They were just like trucks fixed. That was that. I drove back and for 4 weeks we were " okay" with the truck but it felt VERY weird at times. Last week my boyfriend was going to work and the truck started stalling so bad it wouldn't move anymore. THE TRANSMISSION GAVE UP. I called the dealership and The Asian lady (that usually gives you the papers to sign) answered the phone I was explaining what was going on and she was EXTREMELY RUDE. all these other reviews stating she is rude ITS NOT A LIE. She was giving the attitude and advices me to call the warrant ( the one they force on you) . So I did. The truck did have a warranty for transmission only coveres $2500. Price for transmission replacement was $4000. I called Carzone back and I spoke to " STEVE" the other manager. I was explaining everything to him what had been going on from Day 1 and he was as expected VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. To the point that he started yelling at me and called me Stupid. He said I was interrupting him when all I was doing is calling to see what was going on and why we were having all these issues with a truck they said was in good condition. Not saying great because obviously is a used truck but really the transmission?! At this point we didn't want anything to do with this Carzone anymore. We took the truck somewhere else. We did have to pay out of pocket. We will also be moving forward REPORTING THIS DEALERSHIP FOR THEIR DISHONESTY AND UNPROFESSIONALISM THEY HAVE. Asian lady ( forgot her name) and STEVE are the FACE of FRUED in this company. BEST BELIEVE THIS WILL BE KNOWN BY A LOT OF PEOPLE. Enough is enough. Mistake we made was not reading the reviews before coming here. DO NOT COME HERE. They will SCAM YOU. They sold us a truck with METAL IN THE TRANSMISSION DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!! Steve: you asked me over the phone yelling at me if I was saying you guys know your cars are not good and still screw the customer.. MY ANSWER IS YES. YOU DO NOT CARE. You GUYS ARE A FRUED !!!!

    DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM HERE. They sold my husband an SUV that had the check engine light go off two days after we brought it home with like 10 different codes and they lied about how the warranty had to be included for 2000 more they basically sold a broken car made us pay for the warranty they refused to take the car back and give us our down payment. And the owner is an unbothered Asian lady who does not care at all about the scam business she is running. If you want a good working car go elsewhere

    Truly a car buying experience that is second to none. The staff was courteous, professional, and overall enhanced my acquisition of a dependable 2006 Acura TL with low mileage. In particular, Eric a new salesman at the dealership was on point, patient, and very transparent regarding the vehicle history which instantly made me a life long customer. In addition, a friendly young lady also deserves her kudos / praise for handing the paperwork in a timely fashion. Overall , a solid team that is willing to do whatever it takes to create a lifelong customer.GRATEFUL ......

    I would not go back here again. Not only did they sell me a lemon , they cut it in half and squeezed the juice all over me.

The work was done above and beyond what was needed based on the warranty and ready by noon for pick up. My vehicle is driving great. Our son asked us to meet him at Riverside Toyota to help purchase his first car, a used Corolla. After a long wait and two other salesmen, we were finally assigned to Emilio. We test drove the car and agreed to discuss terms. Before running credit, the sales manager offered a 12.99% interest rate, which was extremely high. We explained another dealership had already offered a much lower rate at 6%. They agreed to match the 6% with approved credit but snuck in a $5,000 car alarm that appeared only in tiny print. We demanded the alarm be removed and agreed to let them run a credit check at 6%. They then requested pay stubs, bank statements, proof of insurance, and W2s, which we found unusual. While credit was being run, my husband went to the restroom. During that time, Emilio motioned our son into a back office without explanation. When my son did not return, we went looking for him and discovered they were having him sign paperwork he believed was for the credit check, not a purchase contract. No explanation to what he was signing, and he was not told he was signing final documents. Temporary tags had already been printed. No final terms had been agreed to or presented to us after the credit check. They completely took advantage of our son's lack of experience. The finance person later claimed they had secured 4.99% financing, but refused to show paperwork, and would not show what had been added. We asked three separate times to see the paperwork and were refused each time. The price of the car did not go down, yet the payment stayed exactly the same as what we had discussed at the higher 6% rate. We clearly stated that we were no longer buying the car due to this and that the deal was not binding since the vehicle never left the dealership. We asked that all paperwork be shredded and our information removed from their system. They hesitated and continued to pressure us to finish the deal, even after we asked to speak to a manager. We had to firmly and repeatedly demand that all paperwork be shredded and all information removed. Clearly, making money is more important than customer satisfaction at this dealership.

I specifically asked the salesperson through text messages if the warranty was through the dealership or a third-party company, and I was told in writing that it was through the dealership and "not to worry about it." Looking back now, that was completely deceptive and I would strongly advise anyone buying a car here to be very careful with what they sign and not rely on statements made during the sales process. The vehicle started having problems almost immediately after purchase and was repeatedly back at the dealership for repairs. What makes this even more frustrating is that these issues occurred within the initial 30 days after purchase, where the repairs should have been handled completely at no charge. Instead, they are using my third-party warranty and only covering the deductible. That honestly feels very deceptive to me because now my warranty is being used up for problems that started right after buying the car. I bought this vehicle because I needed something reliable for my family and within my budget. I work hard for my money like most people do, and I do not have unlimited disposable income like big dealerships and corporations. The vehicle has spent more time at the dealership than with me since purchasing it. To their credit, they did provide me with a courtesy vehicle, but I am limited on mileage, which defeats the purpose of even buying my own car in the first place. I bought a vehicle so I could drive freely without restrictions. The communication has also been terrible. Before the sale, they constantly contacted me and treated me very friendly just to make the sale. But once the problems started, it became extremely hard to get a hold of anyone. It should not take negative reviews just to receive updates or responses about a vehicle that I am paying for but barely able to drive. I am not writing this review because I am angry. I am writing this because I am disappointed. I genuinely tried being patient and understanding throughout this process, but honesty, communication, and accountability matter. I will be attaching screenshots and service records for transparency so people can make informed decisions before purchasing from this dealership. From the date of purchase on September 19, 2025, up until today, May 7, 2026, the vehicle is still being worked on.

I bought the vehicle back the next day after nearly 2 hours of traffic, all just for them spend 1hr and a half to clean only the hood, even though I was promised verbally a total re-detail. Whatever, did not want to deal with it any longer, so I went home. The vehicle was parked in the garage for 2 days, tonight I opened the garage to get something, then I noticed that there were scratches on the Hood, in the area the white specks were. I only saw it because the light from the garage opener hit it just right. Really really frustrating.
