When we got here, they opened the door. Me and my fiancée just kind of stood there looking around. No assurance that someone was going to come grab us. Maybe it's my annoyance at other Cartier stores ignoring us, but I don't think this is acceptable for a luxury brand. But Ganchana, our sales associate, even did come. She was super friendly and helpful, offering us warm tea to help with the cold. She saved the experience. She was very honest, helpful, and informative. Everything you'd want in a SA. They didn't have a few of the love bracelet varietals in-stock at the store, which is a shame. At that point she made a motion to indicate she wanted to hold my watch. At this point she began typing on her iPhone for 15m... taking pictures,,,more typing...then said Cartier may REQUIRE me to pay for a servicing on my watch, and that they would call me at home and tell me. Very poor service - I would recommend going to the Cartier store in Santa Clara which was much more professional and incredible service there, they will really take care of you. I was not sure of my measurements. I was fitted by Mo and the games begin! Everything is absolutely beautiful in there! I was able to successfully purchase what I came for. Mo wrapped my purchase as the most beautiful gift and gifted a bottle of champagne to go! Overall my experience was very positive. Front desk staff may want to learn how to go with the flow instead of unnecessarily advising potential customers they can't find their appointments if you are going to ultimately see them anyway. Appointment service: I was apprehensive of using the appointment service, but was glad that it worked out quite well. I was able to book an appointment at the store for the next day. I was able to select multiple types of items of interest so the staff could have things ready. Even after I got there the staff was happy to show me items that weren't on my list either. The store is pretty busy so I loved that we didn't have to wait for a sales associate. The store: I'm generally impressed with most luxury stores customer service, but Mo really brings service to a whole new level. I had a lot of technical questions on complex topics (like metal mixes and diamond cuts) and she was able to answer them with ease. Horrible experience. Poor service! I made an appointment online to get a scratch on my watch checked out and possibly buffed for today at 6pm. I live a few hours away and called the store a few days before to ensure i would have enough time to get my watch properly checked out and possibly buffed out and they assured me they would. They told me over the phone that the only day that the watch specialist is off is on Sundays. When I got there at 5:45, I showed the rep the scratch on my watch and she told me she would go show it to the watch repair person. She comes back 10 minutes later, I then show her I can still see the scratch and she and another rep start speaking in a different language for my rep to then tell me that the watch specialist already left for the day as "he" had left at 5:30. This left me wondering then if he had already left then who did she "take" my watch to get looked and cleaned with in the first place? Also, I questioned why then did they assure me that coming in at 6pm would be enough time to get my watch looked at and possibly buffed and they both were very dismissive and acted as if they didn't understand what I was explaining or the language I was speaking.
