I loved visiting the Baggu store! The layout is bright, fun, and full of colorful, practical items that make it hard to leave empty-handed. The staff is friendly and the variety of bags and accessories is always exciting to browse through. I ended up getting the Black Medium Cargo Crossbody. It can fit a water bottle, my sunglass case, phone, wallet, keys, and more! It's a really good size and I was impressed at how much can fit in it. I also like that it was made our of recycled material. It was around $56, so the price point isn't that bad esp cause I know the quality is good. My only small complaint is that there aren't enough mirrors in the store--it can be tricky to see how a bag looks when you're wearing it. A few more mirrors would make the shopping experience even better. Still, a great store and I'll definitely be back! read more

Baggu is one of my absolute favorite brands--I'm obsessed! I especially love their medium crescent bags; they've become my everyday go-to, and I love switching between different designs. I also adore their baby reusables, which are perfect for takeout food. I own several packing cubes and dopp kits--one for skincare and the other for makeup. While Baggu bags are on the pricier side, they're definitely worth it and last a long time. I'd say the prices are comparable to Cath Kidston, Vera Bradley, LeSportsac, and Kipling, but Baggu offers better designs at possibly a lower cost. I recently visited the store for my birthday, which was exciting since I've always purchased online through Facebook, Mercari, Depop, and Poshmark. I'm thrilled with my purchase! The staff were very helpful in applying my 10% off coupon for first-time email subscribers, and they assisted me in selecting the perfect placement for my bag--a detail I really appreciated. What a beautiful little store with all kinds of bags and containers for sale. The colors are all bright and cheerful and it's so thoughtfully designed and utilitarian. In particular we liked the bags because they were light as a feather almost weightless and then the designs are so cheerful and colorful. I am a big fan of Baggu; from their bags, fanny packs, socks, laptop cases etc. What I'm not a fan of is their employees and customer service at this store location. Employees looks extremely annoyed and bothered when asking for assistance and they roll their eyes when you have follow up questions. Although none of this takes away from the quality of the products, having more customer service presence could have made my shopping experience more enjoyable. Although Baggu's social media and website are aesthetically pleasing, their IRL experience did not have the same tone. While it was nice seeing their collaborations and OG friendly designs, the woman overseeing the shop was the opposite. As we were walking around the store, she said out in an annoyed voice, "I have to take my lunch in a few minutes, so the store will be closing soon." It seemed like no one was against her taking a break for lunch, but why isn't there someone else switching off with her to watch the shop, and also she didn't have to announce it in that tone. Regardless, I would advise buying Baggu products online and coming into the store if you have to. read more

Super cute and trendy bag boutique. I was instantly drawn by the bags displayed and had to go in and take a look. I immediately found a tote bag I loved despite there being many other cute ones. It was kind of busy, the store is small so it's very easy for it to feel crowded - but the two working the counter were well organized and created a great atmosphere for shoppers! They had a great selection, and I definitely picked up some cute stuff to bring home! Will be stopping by again very soon, can't wait to go back! Bags range from 14$ for reusable (depends on size), and their shoulder and crossbody bags can range from 30$-$64ish depending on what style. What they have out is what they have in stock. There is one of each style in each color out on the floor, and when you are ready to check out, you tell an employee what you want and they will grab it from the back for you!! Since they are a bag store, they do not offer paper bags to carry your bags... obviously. I'm glad they don't. It's nice that they have a physical store available to go into when stock is low on the website but they do not answer the phone for any questions and good luck showing up in person. I showed up at 3 to the store being closed. Odd seeing as though they open at 12PM so it's strange that during the busiest time of day someone would already be on lunch. White interiors, big windows that let the sun shine in, and simple displays. - Products are hanging on the wall, on racks, and on shelves. Very welcoming space, easy to spot your preferences, try things on, and mix/ match. - Friendly staff was helping a customer pick out her black crossbody vs. English saddle drawstring. Check your email or text before leaving. I leaned the hard way today. I stoped by today for first time and made a purchase of $78. I told the seller if I can pay $40! On Chas and the rest with my card. I handle two $20 bills and spear them for her to get and she took them. I proceed to pay the remain balance with my card. She never show the screen other wise I was bel to see how much she charge my card. I left and when I got home open the receipt and saw she only credited $20. She stolen$20 from me. Walking down Valencia is never dull. There's always something new, weird, interesting or all of the above. This week it was BAGGU. I've always been a fan but it did feel a wee bit fangirlish to walk into Baggu already toting a baggu. #SoMeta I did a double take because the place was seriously shiny and new and their new spring collection was displaced like they were designer handbags. But unlike designer handbags, I would buy one (or two or three) of these bag boys. The Cherry Design gave me Baggu envy. (OK I think that's enough times saying Baggu for one day.) Love the store, but they charged me for the wrong price-- bought a mini cloud bag but got charged for a regular cloud bag price. I only found out after I got home. Store has no phone number listed on their website, I emailed the customer service they were able to get me a refunded the price difference right away.
