I refuse to patronize a business that cannot treat all of their customers with equal respect and courtesy. If you are not pure Asian or possibly "rich looking" you will not be acknowledged. Customer Service I walked in today at about 3:15PM. The gal cashier rep behind the counter literally looked directly up at me, looked back down and did not say a single thing to me. About 4 minutes pass and I've gone through three racks of clothing by this time and I'm getting closer and closer to her. Then suddenly a group of older European or Middle Eastern women walk in and the mute worker behind the register speaks! She has a very cheerful loud voice and states "Hello, how are you, welcome, etc". She says this twice. I was appalled of how she was completely mute with me but was able to greet and acknowledge the other women who walked in after me. I then looked directly at her and she looked right back at me and I immediately walked out of the store. I am not rich but let's just say I can buy anything I want from any store. Whether I'm at Neimans, Chanel, or Ross! I was pretty offended today and would never buy from an establishment that treats people like this. Clothing Honest review. All of the clothes are a very thin material and would not survive in the gentle cycle in your washer. Further, they have some clothes with the fake Gucci ribbon on it. Cheesy and not for me. You can find these clothes all day on eBay and Amazon or those cheap girl stores in the mall. Just type in "Korean fashion, jumper, boutique fashion" on eBay and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about. Everything I saw was priced about $129 and up. read more

This is probably the closest store I'll be able to find if I wanna dress like a kpop star or have clothes that they wear with the exact material clothing they wear. They have a lot of variety in color for their clothes and I love that their clothes are tailored for Asian height especially their trench coats! It can be a bit pricey but if you want quality, all of their items are made in Korea so you get what you paid for! read more

When shopping here I highly recommend paying in cash/Venmo and waiting for a sale. I was able to get some stuff at nearly 50% off by waiting! The quality is decent, though I think some of the items there are definitely way too expensive for what they are. Some of the prices are even higher than shopping at Nordstrom or Aritzia. I know it's made in Korea and some items are handmade, but... well, it's up to you if you want to spend $90 on a chiffon skirt. The styles are trendy and cool, and it's hard to find decent quality stuff like this and be able to see it in person. Keep in mind, however, that the sizes are not very inclusive. I went into Chococo for the first time today after being recommended that I check it out, and I cannot explain to you how amazing this store is. I love all things fur and pink and comfortable, and this store gave me all of that. I bought multiple different coats, a pair of pants, and two tops. The store has great prices for the materials and the quality of the clothes. The sales associate working at the store was very kind to me and to the other people in the store.
