They included a letter stating free returns with my order and their website automated chat also stated that returns are free, but when I contacted customer service they said that was last year's policy and refused to honor. For returns processed as a refund to the original payment method, an $8 return fee is deducted, in line with our current returns policy. We understand how the wording may have caused confusion, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention." I'll be frank: The items sold in this store aren't my own personal cup of tea. In fact, even if…read morethey were, I couldn't afford most of them or fit into any of the clothing, since they don't carry plus sizes. It is not uncommon for clothing pieces here to run into the many hundreds of dollars! So why am I giving this business 5 stars? For two reasons, and they are important: 1. This store is 100% WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE!!! 2. The guys who own and run the store are friendly, helpful, and know their inventory well, so if you ARE interested in buying something, they'll be able to help you with great professionalism. After all, isn't that most of what makes a store a great place? That they cater to ANYONE and EVERYONE, and do so with great customer service? I think so!

Tucked away on the unassuming corner of Lexington and 18th, lies a treasure trove of threads by some of the most interesting (and arguably the best) emerging labels on the scene. From Henrik Vibskov (my fave) to Reality Studio, Rodejeber to Rachel Comey, and home goods from around the world, they've managed to get their selection just right for both men and women, yet many of the pieces are completely interchangeable and unisex. I adore their aesthetic and love that they take merchandising risks in buying pieces from collections that wouldn't be seen anywhere outside of New York. I think the best thing about the store is that the owners, Andrew and Mark still manage to keep the space accessible for everyone with their laid back demeanor and warm, welcoming, and beautifully appointed space. It's as if their other store, Aggregate Supply had an older sibling who went off to study at Central St. Martins, but still kept it real and low key with their peeps at home. Also worth noting that they price slightly below suggested retail for many of the collections they stock and have awesome sales at the end of each season. Definitely worth a visit or ten!

I was looking for motorcycle gear which they have a strong selection of in textile and one leather jacket.
