REVIEW FOR JASMIN A. She was so exceptionally sweet, but…read morethe most appreciated quality from her customer service was her patience. I was trying to build a healthy Dewey Makeup look she assisted me every step of the way while still maintaining a kind approach to every person that came into the store, yeah I never felt interrupted or rushed . She went above and beyond to help me select the right colors that were best for my skin. I typically don't shop at Kohl's Sephora because of the inconvenience due to the return policy, but because of exceptional customer service I will come back just to be assisted by Jasmin. I truly felt like I was shopping with one of my best friends and that is the kind of customer service that every retailer is looking to give thank you so much jasmin for your help. The store has so many great selections that it was a little hard to locate on my own--especially since I forgot my glasses and couldn't see very well! I was so relieved and grateful when she finally found it. Many employees might have simply said, "Sorry, we don't have that," but not Jasmine. She was determined, helpful, and very friendly throughout the entire interaction. Thanks to her great service, I also ended up purchasing the Brazilian Bum Bum Cream and Marc Jacobs Daisy perfume. I will definitely be coming back to this store. Thank you, Jasmine--keep up the great work!

The lady Chelsea greeted me and asked me what I needed and my size. She brought me a variety of different dresses and styles and colors. She was so sweet. When I told her it was my birthday she wished me a happy birthday. I was very satisfied with my visit with such good customer service. It's rare to find these days. Thank you so much again! Will definitely be back :-)
