She insisted that only paying customers could try on dresses and made an inappropriate comment about my daughter's friend's weight while they were trying on dresses. Her unprofessional behavior, including dismissive tones and judgmental remarks, made us feel unwelcome and uneasy throughout the visit. Additionally, she directed us to the sale rack, asking if the little girl intended to buy a dress, citing the delicacy of her dresses. This behavior reinforced the unwelcome feeling unless a purchase was made.

And that's when my experience with diva kids really started. And it was delightful! On the first day one lady ordered the dress for me in the correct size without extra charge! She was so helpful with taking measurements and being transparent with the vendor that it was a rush order since I had my engagement shot coming up in a week. She empathized a lot seeing as her son also just got married The next week I encountered another lady who was so helpful. The dress was slightly too large up at the top and so she she pinned me to get it altered. I told her I didn't have time to get it altered as the photos were going to be taken tomorrow. She said don't worry and called 3-4 seamstresses who worked in the shop and told me to come back tomorrow and it would be fixed. And if I didn't like it that I would get my money back (this was ok with me as I had a backup dress) The next day, right when the place had opened, I entered and my dress was ready - and it fit beautifully!!! The seamstress came in an hour before opening and did the work, so it was ready! And it was done so well! So overall, I highly recommend diva kids. They are filled with immensely helpful, attentive, caring and talented women!
