The girls working there were rude and unprofessional -- we watched them whispering, glaring, and giving judgmental looks to other customers, which was honestly shocking. How are girls like this, with such negative attitudes, still working and being paid to represent the brand? It's really not that hard to greet people when they walk in, be polite, or at the very least say "thank you" at checkout -- but they don't. They don't acknowledge customers coming in or out. The lack of basic courtesy is glaring. After reading so many other similar reviews, it seems like this is an ongoing issue, and it's disappointing that management hasn't stepped in to make a change. The team was so kind, supportive, and encouraging, making the whole experience feel easy and special without ever once feeling pressured.
