I have had negative experiences in this store in the past, but figured I would give it another try. At this point, I do not see any reason to return.
My first negative experience came in late 2018, I had picked out a few things to try on (about 2 hours before the mall was scheduled to close), and made my way to the back to try on. When I got back to the fitting rooms I was informed by an employee that the back area was closed. I figured it was just the sale area (also in the back, right next to the fitting rooms), which was no big deal, and asked if I could just try on the clothes I had picked out. I was then informed that the fitting rooms were not open. So I was not allowed to try on the clothing, but was also not allowed to return it according to a strict sales policy.
I gave the store another chance today- March 2019- and can now guarantee I will not be going back. The store itself was very mess (it looked like they were unboxing and putting out some new merchandise, so I did brush this off a bit). I found a few things to try on, and, once again, made my way to the fitting rooms. There was no employee there, but a room was open, so I went in. I attempted to try on a bodysuit and skirt, but quickly realized the bodysuit had an oddly placed security tag that made it impossible to properly try on. I asked one of the associates if she could move the security tag to a better location so that I could try it on, to which she rudely replied "ummmm, body suits AREN'T allowed in the fitting room." This was not posted anywhere, and there was no staff manning the fitting room area. So once again, customers are not allowed to try on merchandise that is non-returnable.
This store is a mess, you're better off avoiding it altogether. read more
