Two friends spent nearly three quarters of the game not enjoying the game but waiting for an order of burger and fries, despite repeatedly requesting updates from staff members whose responses were often dismissive. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, the game was nearly over, and no apology was offered. Understandably, my friends declined the food and requested a refund, only to be told to return another day because the establishment was supposedly "too busy" to process it. To date, my friend is still waiting for his $60 refund. I understand that major sporting events place considerable demands on hospitality staff, I am more than willing to extend patience and understanding. However, being busy does not excuse failure to resolve legitimate customer concerns.

Last evening we stopped for dinner and a beer. We had an excellent British beer, Speckled Hen. We shared the Chicken Korma and Fish and chips (with the peas). The chips were very crisp and the fish was fresh. The curry was mildly spiced. We meet a couple from England. The man in the couple did an internship at the Old Toad years ago.
