I had one of the worst dealership experiences here, and it all came down to the finance department…read more The salesperson and I agreed on a price of $16,600, and I spent hours at the dealership providing my personal information and allowing them to run my credit. After all of that, the finance manager came in and told me that the agreement I had with the salesperson "wasn't a deal" because it wasn't on paper. Apparently, their word means nothing unless it's already signed. To make matters worse, I was already paying about $4,000 more than a very similar cargo van at the dealership next door. The salesperson convinced me to buy this one instead because they said they'd take care of a mechanical issue with the van. Once the finance manager got involved, she said they weren't going to fix it. The entire negotiation fell apart over roughly $400. Instead of trying to earn my business, I was told they weren't going to "bend over backwards" for me and that if I didn't like it, I could go buy the other van. That's exactly what I ended up doing. There were also several charges and explanations that raised red flags. I was told the lender required a pre-installed GPS, which they wanted to charge me $900 for. Then I was told that if I used one of their lenders, the vehicle price would increase because the lender charges them a fee. I've financed vehicles before and had never encountered those explanations. The finance manager's attitude made the situation even worse. Instead of listening or trying to work toward a solution, she was dismissive, argumentative, and repeatedly contradicted what had already been discussed with the salesperson. At one point, I was made to feel like I wasn't a serious buyer despite spending hours there, providing all my information, and allowing a hard credit inquiry. The salesperson actually had the deal moving in the right direction, but once finance took over, everything unraveled. I left feeling like my time had been wasted. There are plenty of dealerships in the area competing for your business. If you're looking for transparency, respect, and consistency, I'd recommend shopping around before committing to this one.

I could understand why, but whatever was on my past delinquencies, he didn't have to argue with me about it or have an attitude about it! I know what it is & it's not his place to agree or disagree! The sales guy was hella cool, respectful, wasn't pushy, straight forward & he even sent me the OTD on the vehicle right away when I requested it, unlike Eddie & Riley! He didn't give me shit or any argument about my past delinquencies & my credit score didn't scare him off! He even called me back to ask what do I think & on top of that, my money from my settlement came though so I decided to put $2000 down on it & I got the car! How hard was that Eddie? So the bank picked up the Mirai today & I'm glad it's gone, now I got my Ford Escape in my garage! Magano Enterprise turns out to be like Autoboyz & like Hanna Automotive when it comes to requesting an OTD. To them, you have to have the perfect score & no delinquencies, but if you do, expect the attitude! I was pissed off with Magano Automotive, but fk them, I got a new place that treated me better, worked with me & got me into the car I needed!

When we arrived, Jose, our salesperson, was friendly and attentive, and the woman assisting him with financing and negotiations was also helpful and professional. We spent a little over two hours at the dealership reviewing options, but since it was getting late, I suggested we reconnect once they had finalized the numbers. The next day, Jose called and shared that they were able to secure financing at a better-than-expected rate and on a shorter term, which sounded great. I agreed to move forward and asked him to send over the estimate so I could review everything. Unfortunately, this is where things took a turn. The final numbers included nearly $2,000 in additional "accessories," bringing the price of the vehicle close to $19,000. Naturally, this raised concerns, as the vehicle likely would not have been rated as a "great deal" on CarGurus had the full price been disclosed upfront. When I asked what this fee was for, I was told it was for a pre-installed LoJack system. I explained that I neither needed nor wanted a LoJack system and asked for it to be removed. I was then told it could not be removed. At that point, I declined the deal and said I would continue my search elsewhere. Shortly after, another representative contacted me and said the manager was willing to remove the LoJack charge--but now they would no longer honor the trade-in value they had previously offered. That raised even more concern, as it felt like a reshuffling of numbers rather than a transparent adjustment. It's difficult to understand what a trade-in valuation has to do with a pre-installed add-on unless the goal is simply to make up the difference elsewhere. This experience felt like a classic bait-and-switch: advertising a vehicle at an attractive price to draw interest, only to add significant mandatory extras later in the process. While the staff we interacted with were courteous, the pricing practices and lack of transparency ultimately made us uncomfortable moving forward. If you're considering this dealership, I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing the full breakdown of costs and being aware that the advertised price may not reflect the actual purchase price.
