    Absolutely the best experience ever. After my daughter lost her car, Eddie worked hard to find exactly what she wanted. His communication & commitment were well above standards. Since then I have had other family members purchase vehicles from Eddie & even last year I joined my family in purchasing a wagon that I am so happy with. Thank you Majano for going above and beyond.

    I searched for either a tacoma or 4 runner 4wd for months...I came across something that was visually apealing, called and spoke with Jen. Very nice and accommodating to my requests so I took a drive to check this vehicle out. Now i am VERY skeptical of small dealerships becuase ive come across a few shady ones selling vehicles without a proper check. Mind you i always have my mechanic check out the car... didnt today though..i roll up. Hmmm... how is this a dealship ?(skeptical again)..easily found the office and met Riley for a second becuase he working w another client. He asked if I wanted the check out the runner while he tending to this client. Well that's great because I need some time for my lookover. So there I am doing my thing and overhear him talking to the new client and dude seemed legit. After run through the 4runner had me very excited and mind you again I've been looking for months..go for the test drive. Have a good Conversation. Went over Numbers... then I bought it. Overall a great experience. Mind you I've had this vehicle 2 hours..But this initial review is for a top notch experience. If I come back to adjust this review I will. If I dont..well then I am am very grateful that i came here and I thank them very much

    FANTASTIC and FIVE STAR SALES AND SERVICE! Thank you to Majano Enterprise LLC for our new Mercedes C-Class. We looked for several days and found a perfect car online at Majano. After one quick call , we visited their office. Clean, friendly, efficient. The car was clean, engine inspected, and we were treated professionally and like family at the same time. If you need a new "used" car, we strongly suggest looking at their website and calling to see if they have what are you looking for and at the right price.     This is my second vehicle I've purchased from Eddie and his family, 5th total car in our family purchased from Eddie. As always he has been amazing. Honestly and upfront. Took care of me from just browsing to purchasing without any pressure at all. I have no doubt I would recommend him over and over to anyone who asks. I'll definitely be back for my next one!

    I wish I could give them more than 5/5 stars!! Riley and Eddie made the purchase of a 2016 Tesla seamless and easy.     Couldn't be happier! Our family recently grew and we had been searching for a Toyota Sequoia for months. Everyone one we looked at was thrashed and in poor condition. We found one on auto trader that Majano had posted and knew we had to check it out. By far it was the cleanest 03 sequoia on the market. Basically brand new. Not only that every single car in the lot was in the same condition. They were very accommodating letting us test drive it and ask all the questions (which they had an answer and paper work for every single one). It was such a great family experience. He even let my kid play with and keep one of his model cars in the store that my son has brought everywhere since. They made the buying process so easy and it's been two months and we couldn't be happier. We are grateful for this family car that is reliable and safe. I couldn't be happier with the experience and can't recommend this dealer enough. Family owned, trustworthy, and caring.

I was pleasantly surprised. I sent the mats back, but, didn't see the funds returned and called the co. Someone, equally polite, answered, listened to me patiently, told me that he'd give me the number for the store, as this was his personal number: he was the CFO! I was bowled over that he answered, and took the time to listen and help me with the information; including the manager's name, who he said would be willing to help me, as well. Well, I didn't need to speak to her, because, once again, I reached Rick and he got to researching the issue, right away, and resolved my problem. How could I NOT write a review about this amazing experience, these wonderful people and sterling service?! I felt as if I was taken decades back to another era! Thank you, Rick, Steve!!

Reserved, soft‑spoken, and incredibly professional -- the kind of salesperson who listens instead of pushing. He understood exactly what I wanted and never tried to steer me in another direction. Even though I now realize the Touring model might have been the better choice, I have absolutely no regrets because working with Aoude was worth everything. I'll be returning to him when it's time to buy my kids' cars. The dealership itself has such a warm atmosphere. They even have a little dining bar in the back for customers who are waiting. Diane, who runs it, makes the best sandwiches. Nothing fancy -- just made with love. She is truly one of the kindest people we've met, and she made the long process feel so much more comfortable. I live two minutes away from another service center, but I'll be driving 20 minutes to this dealership from now on because their customer service is unmatched. The only part of the experience that could be improved was with the finance manager, Edgar. He was polite, but a bit pushy about add‑on services and asked me three times what color I chose.     This was, without question, one of the most incompetent and negligent service experiences I have…read moreever had. I brought my vehicle in for a straightforward timing chain cover leak--nothing unusual, nothing complex. What followed was a complete breakdown in basic mechanical competence. The car was "repaired" and returned to me three separate times for the exact same issue, which was never actually fixed. It gets worse. Instead of replacing faulty components like any qualified service department would, they chose to file down parts to make them fit. Let that sink in. Rather than doing the job correctly, they took shortcuts that no reputable technician should ever consider. That decision alone tells you everything about the level of workmanship here. After the third failed attempt, I picked up my vehicle once again, hoping the issue was finally resolved. Within hours--on the same day--the oil warning light came on while I was driving. This had never happened before in the life of the vehicle. The only reasonable conclusion is that the oil was either not properly refilled or not checked at all after the repair. That is not just careless--it is dangerous. Failing to verify oil levels after engine-related work puts the entire engine at risk and could easily result in catastrophic failure while driving. To be fair, the one bright spot in this experience was my service advisor, Cyrena. She was professional, communicative, and kept me informed throughout the process. Unfortunately, her efforts could not make up for the repeated failures in the actual repair work. Adding to the frustration, Mazda Corporate Customer Service states that it takes 4-5 business days to review and respond to issues like this. After multiple failed repairs and a situation that could have caused serious engine damage, how is that an acceptable timeline? At this point, this goes far beyond poor service. This is a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic quality control. I would not trust this service department with a bicycle, let alone a vehicle. Do yourself a favor--if you value your car or your safety, avoid this place entirely. I would give them negative stars if I could.
