The car had low miles at only 95k, clean inside and out with the Carfax and was priced just right within my budget so after having my mechanic check it out and test driving I decided to purchase the car. I had one problem though... I purchased the car a week before my daughter's birthday and had nowhere to keep the car until her surprise was revealed! To my rescue came David! Not only did he keep the car for me but after expressing my interest in having a stereo system installed, he coordinated with a local stereo shop to have the system installed and ready for pickup on my daughter's birthday! Needless to say my daughter absolutely LOVES her car and was elated when she saw it. Beautiful, inside and out and drives and runs amazingly well! And the icing on the cake...over a month later David has followed up several times with me and my daughter to ensure the car is still running well even with my daughter now being out of state! We actually picked the car up the same morning we got off our cruise ship. Since we had friends with us and a long drive back to Arizona ahead of us, I was worried about a long wait. However, the team made the pickup process incredibly fast and easy. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and the wait was very short. Highlights of the experience: The Car: It was exactly as advertised--clean and in great condition. They even made sure to include the Level 1 wall charging cord and the V2L adapter, which I really appreciated. The Team: Everyone was incredibly friendly. Kevin was great to work with over the phone leading up to the sale, and Ruben did an excellent job getting the car prepped and ready for the road. That is how they keep the price lower than other dealerships. The vehicle was already overpriced, and when I offered $500 less, the owner became extremely upset and threw what felt like a temper tantrum over a relatively small price difference. Unfortunately, that ended up being the least of my concerns. The vehicle was advertised with a clean Carfax and no reported accidents. After purchasing it, I started working on the vehicle myself and discovered that the front-end frame had been rewelded and repainted. The bolts were also painted, which raised serious concerns about previous repairs that were not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. About a week after buying the vehicle, I disconnected the battery for some work. When I reconnected it, approximately three different sensor warning lights appeared. Given that these warnings appeared immediately after the battery was reconnected, it made me question whether diagnostic codes had been cleared before I purchased the vehicle. I also took the 4Runner to a Toyota dealership, and they found over $6,000 in recommended repairs and service. I understand that buying a used vehicle comes with some risk and that Carfax reports are not perfect, but the combination of the rewelded frame, undisclosed repairs, warning lights, and the amount of work the vehicle needs has left me feeling like I was not given the full picture before purchasing it. There was also an issue with the title. The owner did not sign the back of the title, and because we live in a different state, this created an additional headache with the DMV. When the DMV contacted him about the issue, he was reportedly very rude and difficult with the employee. He did provide us with dealer title-transfer paperwork that ultimately worked, but the way the situation was handled was completely unnecessary. Overall, I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealer. My experience has been frustrating from the negotiation all the way through dealing with the title and discovering major issues with the vehicle shortly after purchase. I strongly recommend anyone considering buying from this dealer get an independent pre-purchase inspection and have the vehicle thoroughly checked before handing over any money. I had one of the worst dealership experiences here, and it all came down to the finance department…read more The salesperson and I agreed on a price of $16,600, and I spent hours at the dealership providing my personal information and allowing them to run my credit. After all of that, the finance manager came in and told me that the agreement I had with the salesperson "wasn't a deal" because it wasn't on paper. Apparently, their word means nothing unless it's already signed. To make matters worse, I was already paying about $4,000 more than a very similar cargo van at the dealership next door. The salesperson convinced me to buy this one instead because they said they'd take care of a mechanical issue with the van. Once the finance manager got involved, she said they weren't going to fix it. The entire negotiation fell apart over roughly $400. Instead of trying to earn my business, I was told they weren't going to "bend over backwards" for me and that if I didn't like it, I could go buy the other van. That's exactly what I ended up doing. There were also several charges and explanations that raised red flags. I was told the lender required a pre-installed GPS, which they wanted to charge me $900 for. Then I was told that if I used one of their lenders, the vehicle price would increase because the lender charges them a fee. I've financed vehicles before and had never encountered those explanations. The finance manager's attitude made the situation even worse. Instead of listening or trying to work toward a solution, she was dismissive, argumentative, and repeatedly contradicted what had already been discussed with the salesperson. At one point, I was made to feel like I wasn't a serious buyer despite spending hours there, providing all my information, and allowing a hard credit inquiry. The salesperson actually had the deal moving in the right direction, but once finance took over, everything unraveled. I left feeling like my time had been wasted. There are plenty of dealerships in the area competing for your business. If you're looking for transparency, respect, and consistency, I'd recommend shopping around before committing to this one.

We just bought a 2018 Audi Q5 from Happy. During the purchase, we were told several maintenance…read moreitems like timing belts were done. Happy assured us the car was sound and safe. The next day, we took the car to our mechanic only to find out the brake pads need to be replaced. In addition, the brake pads were worn to the rotors point of needing to be replaced. Additionally, the car required an pil change as that was not done and the dealer had no documented proof of it being done even though he said otherwise. The car also needed a new cabin air filter, air filter, new spark plugs that are eroded and four new tires as they were worn out as well. In short, do not buy any car from this dealership until they provide you with documentation of maintenance work that has been done. Happy did alot of fast talking but did not make us happy as all of this work will cost us $2,600. We are solution oriented people and when we spoke to Happy he had no solution or compromise. Basically, Oh Well "GOTCHA"We are making this post to hopefully make potential customers aware of potential added cost of buying a car from Hero Trade Autosales LLC. They are not to be trusted! What could be improved is Happy doing a thorough inspection of every vehicle prior to sale and fixing simple safety issues like brakes, tires, oil change and not using sealant on drain plugs that have leaks. As a customer, I shouldn't find these issues on a used car the very next day after purchasing it. Fortunately for me, I trust but verify and my intuition was correct. I offered Happy a solution to split the 2,683.00 cost, he countered with returning the car after I paid 2,683.00 to fix problems he should have fixed prior to me buying the car.
