Still, the fit was never perfect, because I have a really small waist, and I'd always wanted the jackets to look more fitted. Well, Yenisley made that magic happen. I am so thrilled that I found her. Initially, when I brought the dress in they were all very nice to me. Monica saw my Jimmy choos and was very friendly and wouldn't stop talking about my shoes. However, as time went on and I asked to wear my wedding dress the second time when I went to pick it up and it was already steamed their tone completely changed. I had bought an off shoulder dress from this place in Old Town Spring who said Monica will be able to help me but look at the dress. What dress I bought and how I had to wear it for my wedding. The dress was supposed to be off shoulder and I just wanted to cover my arms a little bit but they told me there was no option to do that. The seller told me Monica could do that for me. Too late to return the dress so my vision was completely ruined. They didn't put in a boning in my tummy area and they claimed they did. My friend who knows sewing was with me and she had them completely take the dress apart in the tummy and guess what? There was no boning. They refunded me $80/90. When I told them it's not holding my tummy in how a corset would, they told me that's just your tummy. I'm a 170 lbs size 12 person. I'm not skinny but mind you a corset is supposed to snatch my waist. My friend was appalled by the way their faces changed when i asked to put the dress on after alteration was completed before he boning issue was discovered. They expected me to not to try my wedding dress on after I paid 900?? The bustle was also done bad so I had the train drag all night. Just very disappointed. The setting was luxury but the service wasn't at all. I have high standards when it comes to service so may be other people would be ok with this service but I wasn't. They stopped smiling at me and paid 0 attention once I asked to put the dress on after it was steamed. I'm writing this at 4 am in the morning because this thing haunts me every day.... I've been married for over a year. I hope my review doesn't get taken down. I have a witness to this all.

Luxury Tailors were kind enough to stay open with their staff after hours. This was greatly appreciated! During the visit, alterations were talk through, and one could see the years of experience at work. I do believe her dress is going to be beautiful! They come highly recommended by Brickhouse Bridal. I found the pricing to be fair. So...if you need something tailored, give them a try.
