I used this company twice. The first time I forgave small things like the curtains were extremely dusty and the microwave wasn't cleaned. The girl that cleaned the house was new and we hadn't had the house cleaned in a long time. The second time was a move out clean. Unfortunately we were still moving out when she arrived. She offered to help us pack but I had people that showed up to do that. She did nothing but argue with my helpers, order them around, then she packed things. She put my coffee pot in one box and the water canister somewhere else. It has yet to be found. She took my glass water kettle and put one piece of foam on it - it didn't even cover half of the pot - then she threw it in the middle of other heavier kitchen appliances and metal pans. I asked her to leave the air fryer alone and that was packed with a single wine glass and two now broken canisters. THEN!! One of my helpers brought a friend who has a cleaning business. She pointed out the the refrigerator, oven, curtains, air vents, and window sills were all left alone. They were beyond dirty. I wish I would have known about HER company. Between the attitude and the deplorable job, I would NOT recommend to anyone. You get crap cleaning for cheap. Call Partners in Grime. Much better at a reasonable price. This is my first time hiring someone to help me do a move out clean. I was a bit worried how it would work for me as I would still stay here for the last night when the move out clean happened and I am very picky with my stuff. Racquel was really understanding and did a great job in my move out clean. She cleaned my bathroom, kitchen (including oven, dishwasher and fridge), and the carpet (with shampoo) thoroughly. Cleaning was average though much more expensive than the market and a rip off overall, but this rating is primarily for the customer service attitude. Requiring a deposit is unnecessary and unusual, and the support is incredibly petty and beyond all reasoning. I used them once but won't ever again. They cancelled one of my future cleanings on short notice because I told them I could use them for the cleaning that day but not as my primary due to the high cost. I would go with just about anybody else unless in an emergency. read more

We lost our time and money by hiring this carmouche pro clean. Except the bathroom, they havent done anything closer to cleaning. Even in the bathroom, the taps and shower set was not clean. The cleaner havent come prepared, she dont have half of the required cleaning supplies. Vents and doors are super dirty. Kichen cooktops were never touched. Water dripping from fridge and from the kitchen sides. We have cleaned literally everything from the scratch. Cleaning personnel was not responsive. We have to request them to clean here and there. Very upset with their service. upon complaining and sent them the pictures, they returned 13% of what we paid. We were running out of time and we bought all the cleaning supplies and ended up cleaning in the night. Will not hire them again! read more

I was very disappointed in the outcome of my house cleaning. Paid way too much for a deep cleaning that was not done. Bathrooms were not mopped, dusting wasn't completed, baseboards not cleaned. Overall, very dissatisfied. Will not be using them again. read more
