Upon cleaning day before the start of the window for the maids arrival I received a call from the manager who stated that the maid that was schedule was not able to come. The manager asked if we could reschedule or he would come himself later. The rescheduling was not an option so the manager and 1 other person serviced my property. So the cleaning was just ok. I was really expecting for it to shine and to smell really fresh and it wasn't. I ended up having to go back and wipe the kitchen countertop and the isle before my tenant arrived because I could still see crumbs and residue on the granite. The floor was vacuumed however, the corners were not, so debris still remained against the walls. Also, in the master bathroom they did a wonderful job on the shower door but there was soap scum left on the shower wall that I had to clean before the tenant came. So overall I felt like the cleaning was just sub par. But good luck to the business and maybe if the actual maid would have came the results would have been better but I think I will have to try another provider.

We hired them to do a "Move Out" clean with "Deep Clean Pro" as described on their website for our EMPTY home, and were left with a less than basic clean that we paid over $400 for. The only furniture in the house was beds, entertainment center, and a breakfast table. Half of the services such as organizing, make beds, picture frame dusting, and many other components of the "House Cleaning" described on the website (which were included) were not even necessary as we had moved everything except already made beds out of our home. To say that we were completely left without the service we paid for, light fixtures weren't dusted, cabinets weren't cleaned, garage and porches unswept, floors unvacuumed and mopped, and the floors and carpets they did vacuum or mop, you couldn't even tell. This is in no way a deep clean, and I wouldn't even hire them for a basic clean based on how badly they performed on an empty house. I can only imagine the work they would do if our belongings had been in the home still. Along with this, the company absolutely refused to communicate in any other form than email, offered to send out the same crew that didn't do their job in the first place, and not once had anyone attempted to contact us to resolve the issue. We were only constantly told to email someone else, and even when I did the first time, the email wasn't even valid and was kicked back. No phone calls were answered on their customer service line either. I was then sent text messages from the office manager again, refusing to do anything on their own, and telling me to email another person. Refused over and over again to even pick up the phone or forward the email themselves. We had to clean our home ourselves, and after doing so, could absolutely 1000% more see how bad of a job they did. My wife posted a Google Review and the owner replied back to that review faster than ever, and still has not even attempted to reach out to discuss the issue. Instead he acted as if it wasn't his problem because of the review and the fact it was a holiday weekend, but had time to comment on Google. This company is awful at both customer service and cleaning service itself. Do not put yourself in the position to be treated the way we have by them. There are many more cleaning services to be used in Houston/Cypress, because trust me the 100% customer satisfaction and integrity of the management falls far short of that as you can see by these pictures. Another company out to make a quick buck, provide halfway service, and not take any responsibility or attempt to fix the problem THEY created. This isn't even half of the pictures and none of the emails from them, but hopefully it saves you the pain.

The first clean was great. The second, on 12/31/25, was a disaster. My 9am appointment was delayed until 1pm after poor communication from the owner. The cleaner showed up with almost no supplies (no vacuum, broom, or proper cleaning tools) and finished a 2,700 sq ft home in 2 hours, which is unrealistic. Communication with the owner was consistently poor. She later offered a "complimentary" clean but forgot to confirm it and rescheduled without notice. A few days later, my daughter realized her wallet was missing--the last time she saw it was the day the cleaner was here. I checked her Greenlight account and found multiple unauthorized charges. The locations match the area the cleaner said he was from. When I contacted the owner, I was blocked. I have camera footage, and police reports have been filed. The Finishing Touch Co -- extremely unprofessional. please be cautious. UPDATED: She states I had not reached out to her when I've called and texted numerous times with no response. They do an excellent job with our glass - the sliding outer doors and shower door. We have pets and I like that Right Choice really scrubs our tile floors clean. I try to keep our house clean on my own, but Right Choice does a better job than I can do myself. They are very responsive. They are flexible and willing to make an appointment around my schedule.
