What stood out most wasn't just the quality of the work -- it was how he handled the entire process. Matt communicated consistently from start to finish, checked in regularly with updates, and never left us guessing about where things stood. When we needed to change direction on design decisions mid-project, he was patient and flexible without making us feel like an inconvenience.
