Menu option very limited. Food is ok, definitely can't compare with Tia Carmen (even though they shared the same executive chef). Service is ok, a bit rush. They put down the check for us before we even finish the dinner. A bit rush to me as the restaurant is only half full. If Tia Carmen opens, you should definitely headed to that restaurant right across from this one. For a quick bite, just grab something at the poolside cafe. I will bypass this one.

I must say I am always skeptical about restings in hotelz but this was amazing. Right from the host/hostess, table service, outdoor seating, appetizers, main course was all amazing to the point. Quite a few vegetarian options. The veg burger, Mediterranean salad and the kids pasta were all amazing and spot on. The ambience is very romantic and pleasing.

Deviled eggs and CRISPY POTATOES = mind blown! The deviled eggs had the creamiest yolk, and those crispy potatoes? Absolute perfection. Drinks were on point, and the service was top-tier--friendly, fast, and super welcoming. What an incredible desert restaurant and bar--the vibe, the flavors, the staff... all amazing. Already planning my next visit!

Everything is great here. From the food, to the drinks, to the staff! I definitely will always come back here because it is just amazing. Shoutout to Omar for keeping the drinks flowing and tasting amazing! The inside is nice and cozy and the patio seating is equally amazing. Give this place a try when you are in Indian wells.

Last Saturday, I came here for dinner after attending the Miss California USA pageant event. All the dishes were delicious. I was starving! We were a party of 7 and we shared everything. I love trying a variety of foods here. Everything was great! Our server was awesome checking in on us from time to time. I would come back if I am in town again.

Vegan burger - black bean w/ vegan cheese, lettuce, tomato and grilled onion on a whole wheat bun.

We thought this place was great! Indoor and outdoor seating. Both had TVs which was nice since we wanted to watch football, Our service was fantastic, despite being fully packed. Prompt server, food came out quickly, etc. Perhaps they've improved since the other reviews. Nicely decorated / great ambiance. We were only 2 people but plenty of large tables for big groups. We both had the vegan black bean burger. I appreciate a fully vegan option you don't need to alter. There were actually other vegan options (pasta pomodoro) including a dessert. We were so full from the burgers we didn't get more. The burger was really good. On a whole wheat bun, lettuce, tomato, grilled onion and vegan cheese that melted really well. I'm not sure which brand of vegan cheese, couldn't pin point it. Perhaps their own? I thought it was one of the better ones as some are not good and have odd textures. I don't think you'd know this was vegan cheese. Great flavor with the burger overall. It was a little messy, the burger could use more structure to hold together. So we ate with a fork and knife. Still really enjoyed it! I would recommend this place!

Wine bar doesn't open till 5 which was when happy hour started. For the first hour, they had wine, well drinks and draft beer. A few small plates also offered. It's a wine and tapas bar. It's along El Paseo before you hit the main shopping area, depending on which way you come. Entrance has a nice wall created by ficus trees and mister spraying to keep you cool. There's a decent patio with a good amount of seating. Inside is where the party is. The place is set with two seating area. Right when you walk in is the bar. A good amount of hi top seating and tables. Hi top seating that are along the window were actually very uncomfortable. Padded seats were so narrow that seating was so uncomfortable but oh well. There's the other room seating area which houses all the wine on shelves. I believe it's also a wine store but that sectioned was closed for a private event. We just wanted a drink before dinner so no food was had. From the looks of the dishes that were coming out, they looked really nice. Tapas style dishes made for sharing. With happy hour, there was a couple dishes that was included. Also they offered a deal with a charcuterie board and a bottle included. We just went with a glass of their house red and white. And an order of spicy margaritas. It's a full bar so that was nice. Margaritas were great and house wine was decent. The service was great with the bartender who was a doll and very sweet. Made drinks and still had time to come check out on people. It was still early but it did pick up for happy hour which is from 5-6 right when they open. The place was quite nice and well decorated. Beautiful wine bar that's great for mingling with friends over food drinks and tapas. Will definitely be back for some food.

When we pulled back around to the front, there were some yellow pylons near the front of the entrance and some garbage on one of the outdoor tables and it looked very dark inside as if the lights were off, we figured they had to have been closed so we drove off to have dinner elsewhere. A bit later, we get a notice from OpenTable that we did not check in so I called the restaurant the following day to ask them what happened, the nice young lady that answered the phone told us that they were open at the time of our reservation. If they were indeed open, what a turn off to have only two cars in the parking lot, pylons in front and trash stacked on the outdoor table, I can't imagine what the inside would look like or the kitchen.

Happy Hour is 3:30-6 and there's a few dollar discount on selected food items and drinks. For appetizers, we ordered the Burrata platter and the dates. We also ordered a date burger and the following martinis: pear, pink lady, and espresso martini. This was my first time trying an espresso martini (ever) and I'm glad I waited until the end of dinner before ordering it. It's more a dessert or finishing drink. The Burrata platter was delicious and beautifully presented. The dates were good but too sweet for our tastes (yes, we are aware dates are naturally sweet, LOL). We only ate a few and saved the rest for later. The date burger and fries were delicious. The only downside was I asked for the burger to be cooked medium and it was well done. The drinks were good and beautifully presented. The ambiance and atmosphere, for this restaurant, is very upscale and unique. I will continue visiting each time I'm in La Quinta. See you soon!

Nearly every dish lacked flavor. The Caesar salad was particularly disappointing, with anchovies that tasted low quality and completely overwhelmed the dish. The short rib was mediocre at best, and the salmon was surprisingly bland and forgettable. What made the experience even more confusing were the accompaniments and sides. Several combinations felt strange and didn't complement the proteins, leaving the dishes feeling unbalanced and poorly thought out. Service was another major issue. Throughout the meal, it was difficult to get attention from staff, and the overall level of hospitality felt lacking from start to finish. For a restaurant with such a strong reputation and one of the best settings in the Coachella Valley, I expected much more. The views are worth seeing, but based on this visit, the food and service simply did not live up to the location.

This place hit the bar on all three of those pillars. We sat outside and a few of us ordered the margarita flight, while a few others ordered other cocktails. They were all really enjoyable and well balanced. We asked our server for his favorite thing on the menu and he suggested the steak plate and one other dish. The next person who came to our table also suggested the steak plate and ahi taco. 3-4 of us ended up ordering the steak plate, one ordered the quesabirria tacos. The elotes street corn was absolutely delicious. The sour cream on top just really sent it over the edge, the best I've ever had. Their flan was also exceptional. I'm not typically a fan of flan, but this one was really good. Top notch! Everyone absolutely loved their dish. The steak plate was absolutely wonderful. Steak was cooked to perfection, and the grilled onion was so good. The guacamole was flavorful, and it all went really nicely with the tortillas and other accoutrements. This review is more about the maintenance and conditions of the parklet seating area. My friends and I visited on a Sunday evening around 6:30pm. It wasn't peak season and it was about 100°F outside. Since we didn't have reservations, we were told we could only be seated in the outdoor parklet area. Another group of six arrived shortly after us and was visibly upset about the same situation and ultimately left, but we decided to stay and give it a try. Unfortunately, the parklet itself felt unsafe. My heel got stuck between the floorboards and several sections of the flooring were lifted. I nearly fell but caught myself by landing on an empty chair. The staff were very kind and helped me remove my shoe, which I appreciated. However, the outdoor setup made the dining experience very uncomfortable. We were constantly dealing with flies around our food, and no fans or coverings were provided to help with the heat or food exposure. Additionally there was a piece of hair on my friend's nachos. It was difficult to enjoy the meal in those conditions. As for the food, we ordered nachos and a carne asada plate with drinks, and while the food itself was good, the environment made it hard to enjoy it fully. The bill came out to nearly $150, and given the conditions, it felt disappointing. I would strongly recommend management: * Address the unsafe and uneven parklet flooring * Improve outdoor dining comfort (fans, pest control, etc.) * Allow indoor seating when space is available, especially in extreme heat The staff and food were great, but the dining environment needs attention to match the price point and quality of the kitchen.
