Great Cars, But Too Busy for a Test Drive We stopped by CarMax in Ontario and were impressed by the selection, especially the luxury models. Staff was friendly, but they seemed short-staffed and too busy to accommodate a test drive at the time. We ended up having the car shipped to our local CarMax the next day, which was fast and convenient. Overall a good experience, just would've liked a little more time and attention on-site.

Came in to help my mom find and buy her car. She's been driving the same "chug-chug" for years and my brother and I felt like she deserved it so we came in and within 45 minutes we met with a sales person who walked us through the process, got the paperwork started and even went the extra mile to ensure we walked out happy. I took my car here yesterday for sell. My car had 236,000 plus miles on it and wanted to get something out of it. No hassles here. I did a prequote on line. Had all my items ready including the title, my ID, and my current registration. They did all the paperwork. I signed and a check was cut to my liking within about 1 to 1.5 hours. I was happy with the whole process. Elijah and Mari were nice employees! This was a second vehicle I have sold here in about 15 years. I remember that was a good process back then too! Highly recommend!!!

We stopped by Carmax to check out a car and added our names to the test drive list. It was about an hour before closing, and they were pretty busy helping other customers. After waiting for about 30 minutes with no update, we decided to leave. On the plus side, they have a big selection of cars, and we were able to look at the one we were interested in and arranged to have it delivered to our local Carmax.

My situation is cray. My 2008 Prius basically took a dump on me, I was not expecting that to happen that day, I met Ali from CarMax, I told him my whole situation; he was kind and helped me out, I ended up walking out with a car that same day. I was helped so much and I really appreciate Ali and the CarMax team here. I haven't left a review in a while but wanted to for this experience.

Michelle is excellent!! Her customer service is superb, she made my whole family feel at home with this dealership. She definitely took her time with trying to find the perfect car for our family. I'm very particular and very picky..so you know we went through a few! She was very patient and just really listened to what we wanted. After an hour we found the perfect car! The process and applications was very quick! I was impressed. They have a great size selection! Come here for all your car needs, their pricing is unbeatable in my opinion. They take walk ins but I would call ahead to make an appointment. So far everyone I've seen is happy and cheerful- that's a plus in my book. I'm looking forward to driving my car out! This is my first experience with CarMax and I was extremely pleased. I traded my car in and the process was easy. It took several hours to get all the paperwork done, but that is typical for car buying. Freddy was super cool and chill, enjoyed my time and got a great rate and an awesome car! Getting my new Tesla was such an exciting experience, and Ali made the whole process a breeze! After waiting on the DMV, Ali was there to assure me that everything would go through smoothly. The entire buying process was smooth and easy with none of the typical haggling that goes on at other dealerships Gasco, our salesman, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in getting us the best car for our money. Because of him, we got a much nicer vehicle than expected while keeping our payment exactly where we needed it

So I am shocked that the transaction went as well as it did. Buying and selling cars is always a challenge. I tried selling our truck on my own and what a fiasco that is. The cons come out of the woodworks and it is so scary to do so. So we decided to sell our new truck [about a year old] back to CarMax and then buy the car we wanted; a hybrid. We got an online proposal and a check in time. We arrived and as we walk in we see our name on the appointment list. They send us over to a check in counter who quickly let's us know we are moving onto the next phase, which is to have the car inspected. After about an hour wait, we are told the inspection came in and we are getting a $1k over our quote. It did have step bars and a bed liner installed and I must say my daughter had that car so clean [damn girl would never let me take it out]. Finally Daisy sat down with us to confirm we wanted to sell the car and we finalize the process. She was awesome but even then it took another hour. The entire process took over two hours and that's with a prelim price and appointment which they say saved time. But overall, we are very satisfied with the whole group.

This is my first time selling my car here. There was very little interaction as most work are done…read moreonline. It was actually super easy, a child can do it. But they're not of legal age. It starts with Carvana's website to sell or buy a car. Go through the questionnaires and steps. Towards the end, they break down what you need to upload to Carvana. Once it's all done and submitted, you can either have them pick up your vehicle or go there in person. Since I live so close to Carvana, I drove my car there for drop off. Keep in mind that once you go through their website and completed the paperwork, you can still keep driving your car even though you've already submitted your mileage. At the actual Carvana location, there is a sales associate who finalizes your transaction. He/she will give your car a look over and make sure everything is in order. The they hand you a check, boom, you're done!!! My car was paid off by Carvana in a little over a week. Zero balance. Overall, super quick, super easy. And this is from someone that has never sold a vehicle before! I got more money from Carvana than Car Max and various Toyota dealerships. Nice! Inside, is like a high tech machine inspired by the Japanese. The rotating platforms is amazing to watch. You can stick around and watch if you like. It's neat. All the cars you see inside the glass tower are all sold already. They're just protected from the elements for the buyers so they're not sitting outside collecting dust and getting dirty. Will I go there again to sell future vehicles? Yes. And I've already made a couple of referrals already. Will I buy a car from them? Most likely not. I prefer new cars. Always.

Soooo what type of car this company provides??? its seems lemons cars , i really dont recommend to buy cars from here , have a lot of issues , the only thing that they said is we are sorry , and that you can change your car for other one, that not at all a solution. At least the people from call center are good , but its seems that the cars no!!! At the moment my problem had no solution yet, i have the car with problem atm and no other car to use.

We were on the hunt for an EV9 that matched our preferences, and came up against dealers unwilling to drop their dealer add-ons, unwilling to be transparent with numbers, and overall giving us bad vibes. Enter Citrus Motors Kia. A phone call from Walter and the manager and we were able to come to agreement on a brand new EV9 GT Line. We got there as they were closing up shop but the team stayed until we were ready to roll. Side note, this happens to be the second Kia we have purchased from this particular dealer. Last time, they were located elsewhere. The new facility on Guasti is clean and even the restrooms smell good. Cool decor, free water and coffee, a couple of vending machines, and comfortable seating are nice amenities while you wait. Also, this is the only dealer that has offered a clean and tech-savvy signing experience in my 25 years of car-buying (all electronic). And all the guys who helped us out were super cool. Shout out to Michael V. for being efficient, thorough, and professional. We forgive him for being a Niners fan. Walter was awesome, as well. The EV9 is a super cool vehicle and we're pleased to be an all EV household now. Two thumbs up, highly recommend

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very kind young lady in the service department who walked me over to speak with Justin in sales. Although Justin had been called to assist me, I overheard part of a phone conversation that made him seem uninterested in helping. I even asked the young lady if he was available to assist me that day, and she politely assured me that he was. I then went to get my daughter, since it is her car, and we waited to speak with someone. Fortunately, we were greeted by Oscar -- and he completely turned the experience around. Oscar was outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He truly did his best to assist us and made us feel valued as customers. If Oscar had been the only person we dealt with, I would have gladly given this dealership a 10 out of 10. Shoutout to Oscar for exceptional service. I hope Citrus Kia recognizes and appreciates him. They have a few people that work their and I don't remember the guys name, he was so nice and said we could take the car and they'd fix all the lights that were coming on and check why she had to connect the battery and disconnect everyone she comes and goes. The car wasn't drivable for 2 months. We fixed a few things and went down there to the car place. The guy I had talked to on the phone (can't remember his name) was so nice and kind said he'd make sure everything is taken care of. We get down there and the rude guy said we're not doing any kind of work on this car til you pay the 250 that's owed. Ok that being said , she put over 2000 down and she has paid over 3000 to fix it here and there. I told him to wait til Jan 20 he said no I'm not waiting it's going to collections. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone we got a bad car and the rude guy told me to tell the financial company that the car was perfect running ( it was for a min) so they'd finance it. The car is beautiful but it wouldn't pass smog if it needed to.

Within the hour, he found someone who wanted the car for parts, negotiated a fair price for us, and got a flatbed driver dispatched that same afternoon. The truck showed up exactly when he said it would, paid us cash on the spot, and took the car away, Sergio turned a day that felt hopeless into a huge relief. He didn't have to go this far above and beyond, but he did. If you're stuck with a damaged or totaled car and need it gone FAST, call Carstub, Sergio was great. Thank you again. You saved us a mountain of stress.
