They found more issues upon closer inspection. Specifically more leaks. 2. They fixed all of the leaks. 3. They addressed the plumbing mistakes and fixed them. 4. They addressed any equipment issues that came up in the interim. In the end, they did stand behind all of the deficiencies, even though it took a long time to get them all fully resolved. My pool is now fully functional, and we love it. Had I gone with a 'fly by night' company to build our pool, I may have had quality issues as well. At least with A&S they stay in business over the long term and, ultimately, stand behind the work. While the initial quality was low on my particular project, I now have the fully functional pool I always wanted. I give them credit for standing behind their warranty.
