Loved the hot tub cover and original service (June 2014). Cover worked very well and still looks great. However, my hot tub has died and I am not going to replace it with the same size. Paradise Pools says the 5 year guarantee that it came with will not be honored for the new owner. Have no way to contact manufacturer so don't know how I would claim service on the warranty if something happened while I owned it. Warranty is not clear. I wanted to sell it with the warranty. I'm still not happy that the warranty does not go with the pool but Paradise Pools has been very helpful and has given me more information about the manufacturer of the cover. The owner of this place is a complete joke! I love how it states on the sign " veteran owned" but the man offers no military discount! Spent 10k on a pool 2 years ago with the starlight jet package that the jets have corroded and they offer a one year warranty and he couldn't even try to make any effort to work something out with us, 300 a piece for the jets ( we have 2) a new package is 699. Overpriced, nice workers, terrible business owner. I bought there to keep the money local. I won't be making that mistake again. So, shop around for pool and products. read more

We went to several places researching for a new hot tub. We returned and purchased it from Brandon at Paradise Pools. He had so much knowledge and told us things we didn't know we had to ask! He didn't pressure us into buying an expensive one and even encouraged us to look around! From ordering to receiving Brandon was always patient with us . We called him for every little thing and he was always pleasant with us! The delivery went smooth. Lucky for us, we ordered ours before the pandemic so ours was delivered right on time! read more

Wayne and Matthew were wonderful. They walked us through all of our options and within 30 minutes I was writing a check for a spa. Then the work began because we had to prepare a pad of concrete for it and have the electrician come set up the wiring but Wayne had all the information we needed to get all that stuff done. After a couple weeks we did the install which I'd have to say went flawlessly with Wayne, Matthew and Henry in full control! They then filled up the spa with water and balanced the chemicals and by the next morning we were enjoying coffee and a sunrise in our new spa! Love the family atmosphere of the store. Five stars well earned. Wayne has been in the spa business for probably 30 years and knows just about everything about them. I haven't visited their Dunn location, but I bought my hot tub from this business about 6 years ago. The transaction was easy, the sales person took the time to explain all the features of the tub. They came out and did an excellent job installing my tub and cover. Every time I've gone in the store for anything, even just have my water tested when I was a new tub owner, I just had the best experience with this store. When I'm ready for a pool, please lol be driving to Dunn. read more

I can't say enough good things about Paradise Pools. We ordered our pool in January. Ray called to let us know that our pool was in, but missing some parts. He gave us two choices of upgrades. We picked one out and within 2 weeks our pool was at our home. The folks that installed it and the water guy all said that they have never seen such a nice pool. Thank you Ray for all you do. I love love love love these guys! We bought a house with a large hot tub and had no idea what we were doing with it. They led us step by step what to do with the hot tub, how to clean it, which chemicals to use, etc. We had also looked to replace the filter at another spa place on Capital and they did not have the filter in stock and would have to order it. We checked out Paradise Pools and Spas and they had it in the store and for cheaper. We called them a week later to replace some jets and they found them in stock and had them shipped to us (arrived in 2 days). Fantastic and trustworthy company. read more

I was in the market for a hot tub and found Wayne and company at Paradise Pools and Spas through Craigslist. I am glad I did. Wayne is knowledgeable about all the different spa brands and essentially the history of the industry since he has been in it for over 20 years. They have new tubs and certified pre-owned tubs for sale. The pre-owned tubs are thoroughly inspected and serviced (if needed), then they are tested to make sure they work. Wayne backs them with a 90 day warranty so, you can have some piece of mind when buying a pre-owned tub. Honestly, I don't know how he does it. He offers a better plug and play Innsbruck tub at nearly $1500 less than a somewhat comparable Sunrise Spa at Backyard Leisure. Wayne took the time to show me his different spa lines and how they are manufactured. It's obvious in dealing with him that he cares about what he carries and sells. That being said, I was looking at a used Hot Spring Jetsetter tub that he had offered on Craigslist. The price was in the range of what I wanted to spend and the tub is in great shape considering it was manufactured in 2002. Both he and Brandon took the time to go over the details of tub, the features and overall construction, etc. I ended up with the tub and I got it with delivery (85 miles from the store) and setup for less then one of Costco's cheapest rotomolded tubs from Aquaterra (which is made by Watkins). The price also included startup chems, cover and cover valet. As an added bonus, the guy who services them lives down the road from me. read more

Paradise Pools and Spas is by far the best customer service we have ever experienced. We have a new baby and although time is short, we have spent a lot of time shopping around to find good, trustworthy pool and spa technicians since we moved to the area. We had already heard from a few friends that this company was who to call, but after trying them out for ourselves, we now know that what we heard was true and that Wayne truly cares about his customers. It doesn't matter if you've known him for 10 minutes or 5 years. We were very impressed with his knowledge as well as the level of concern he showed when it came to our spa as well as our pool. He and his company are not the type to try and sell you something you don't need. He recently came to replace a pump that had gone bad in our spa. While he was here, he installed the new pump in a timely manner and also gave us valuable and cost-effective advice on what needed to be done with our pool liner when he got through. We will definitely be referring our friends, family and anyone else who asks to this company! Great job guys! read more
