While I understand that emergencies happen, the lack of communication was unacceptable. They didn't reply to any of my messages for weeks, which left me feeling ignored and unvalued as a potential customer. My time is limited and important. They claim to be a cleaning company with multiple employees, but if that were true, someone should have been available to show up for the estimate. This has led me to believe that they may not be a legitimate business, but rather a one-person operation. It really seems like this company operates on a whim, which is definitely not how to run a business.Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!

It can be a stressful and costly gamble hiring someone when you aren't from the area; with best voice and effort put forward during an initial call followed by a deposit with the final result to be completed one to several weeks later, and will even be to your satisfaction? None of that applies here - our experience with Tate Home Services was outstanding! After speaking with Aaron on the phone, I drove out where we met, looked at the property being prepped for sale then shook hands agreeing on what was to be done. I found Aaron to be courteous and profession both on the phone and also in person. He listened to my concerns and goal then helped formulate a plan to get the job done. Initial survey photos helped us to narrow down the work to be completed, a timeline was put into place and then final photos were sent showing all the work that had been performed. Other than our first meeting at the property, Tate Home Services completed all service requested in a professional and timely manner. Great communication skills, value and quality work. Billing, deposit and final balance were all handled remotely without issue. Thanks, Aaron! I'm keeping you in my phone should we ever need anything in your service area or have friends that are in need of referrals. jto

I sent multiple emails responding to their invoice inquiry, but they sat in their spam folder. I was verbally told they were leaving double negative reviews, strictly to get my attention. I have a recorded call from yesterday where they stated all this but refuse to be honest online. They purposely copy and pasted a negative review to apply twice against the company I work for. Per their contract with us, they receive payment 45 days from the date we receive their invoice OR when we receive payment from our client. I do not recommend getting involved with dishonest people who use the internet as a game to destroy other businesses. This company did not hold up to the terms of their agreement and are using the internet as a game of destruction.

I had an unfortunate experience where the vinyl floor in my kitchen was ripped. Kenneth Jacob came…read moreto repair it with the extra pieces of vinyl that I had saved from when the flooring was laid down eight years ago. When he finished doing the repair, I had a hard time trying to find the patch. It was an excellent repair. After Kenneth finished, I asked him if he would look at the tile in my bathroom where the grout had cracked, shortly after it was re-grouted for the same reason. He got down on his knees on the tile floor and started tapping the tiles. I could hear a difference between some of the tiles. He said that the reason the grout was cracking was that some of the tiles are loose, and walking on them caused the cracking. The tiles that were loose sounded hollow, whereas the tiles that were securely in place sounded solid. Without his expertise I would not have known what the problem was. Thank you to Kenneth a thousand times!

I hired this company to replace an existing wooden fence around my pool.  I told him i wanted a…read morefence like my other one just not wood.  I wanted a plastic one. Joe said it would take 2 days 1 tear down and the next the rebuild.  It was over a week to do the work.  I understand things take longer sometimes.  While the fence was down my pool was exposed and it was a huge safety risk. I had contact with Joe and voiced concerns about the fence height and workmanship through out.  They showed up daily except Sunday, around 10:30 to 11 am and were gone by 3 or 4 ish. They left cigarettes and trash and concrete and wood and plastic bags and screws everywhere and the fence was put together very poorly and was installed on the ground.  It was so close to the ground they had the rails at different levels.  They eventually raised it up an inch or two but my original fence was 14 inches off the ground.  I was told it was installed properly because I got an inexpensive fence?  They cut 18 to 24 inches off the top of anchoring posts to put the fence on the ground.  Pine straw will not clear under parts of the fence. In addition it was too close to the post to even get my gutter block under my gutter. There are holes in the fence where they had to raise it up to match as it was so low to the ground they could not get in certain panels. When I discussed this with Joe I was blown off until I said I was leaving a review.  He told me if I left a bad review he would post pictures of their great craftsmanship. The fence had to be rigged as some of the parts were discontinued.  He even asked me about putting a black gait on a white fence that was not the same. There are gaps in the rails and they connected a rail to a wood post from my old fence on one side of the house and left it.  On the other side of the house they didn't remove brackets from the old fence and just bent them out so there is a gap to the house on one side. I have pictures of all this and am very disappointed.  If you want shotty workmanship and want to be intimidated by Joe in text messages then this company is for you. I will be posting pictures on their Google reviews if you would like to see their work I have plenty more pictures and will be sending more  Thank you Chris G Yeary

Homeowners should proceed with extreme caution. My experience with TruBlue Renovations --…read morespecifically with the owner, Brian -- was troubling enough that I feel obligated to warn others. Brian came to my home on February 10th to provide an estimate. During that visit, I noticed he was evasive when discussing pricing and avoided giving clear, straightforward explanations about costs. That alone raised concerns. Those concerns were confirmed when he emailed the written estimate on February 13th, which contained several line items so inflated and unrealistic that they immediately stood out. I emailed him that same day requesting clarity. When Brian called me on February 16th, the conversation made the situation even worse. He talked over me repeatedly, dismissed my questions, and relied on canned company talking points instead of addressing the inflated pricing. He spoke condescendingly about products from places like Lowe's and even made a backhanded remark implying I was "unaccustomed to their level of professionalism." The tone throughout the call was arrogant, defensive, and entirely unprofessional. This was not a misunderstanding. It was a pattern. Based on my experience, I strongly advise homeowners to think carefully before hiring this company. Additionally, if you attempt to leave anything other than a 5-STAR review on their webpage, it will simply not reflect. This, too, displays why you should question hiring this company.
