Amazing service, very reasonable low pricing. Was able to completely fix my AC unit that was acting up in little more than an hour on short notice as I only called the day before. They charged up the coolant and was able to give some recommendations as well to include getting a new drain pan that had signs of rust after cleaning out the drain line. Also knowledgeable on newer systems such as Ecobee as well and fixed some settings that I had incorrectly set. Will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends and family. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I had a 28-year old unit, at my house here in Fayetteville, that stopped blowing cold air and then went out completely. Called one technician who told me the transformer was blown and it'd be $1200 to repair...and immediately tried to upsell me a new unit. Thank goodness I called Jeffrey at Allen Perez for a second opinion. He quickly realized the fuse had blown in the air handler to restore power. Then diagnosed the capacitor was slightly bulging and providing less power to the compressor keeping it from cooling. He was able to replace all for $175 within an hour...saving me thousands of dollars. Jeffrey responded to my desperate a/c right away. It was a Friday and I was stuck at work but he still went to my home so my son could let him in and diagnosed my unit for me. His diagnostic fee was very reasonable and overall I paid about $190 for him to get my a/c running again. We just moved into an older house with 2 A/C units. One of them stayed 5 degrees warmer than the setting so we needed help. I saw a good review for this company so I took a chance and called. Jeffery was able to come out the next. He looked at the unit and up in the crawl space and was very thorough. The issue was actually improper wiring in the attic AND the unit outside which, I would guess a rare thing to find but he did. I couldn't have asked for a better job and his price was more than reasonable. Being new in town, we need to find companies that can take care of all the different areas of the house and now I can cross A/C companies off my list.
