They also left behind pieces of flooring they had cut, dirt and debris all over our home. Our driveway had debris scattered all over it. Caulking was smeared on the brand new flooring and epoxy spots are everywhere on the flooring. It took us days to hunt down and scrub up all of the sticky spots and epoxy off of our counter tops. They completely ruined our kitchen chairs with epoxy. We didn't bother calling them because just basic phone conversations to confirm our appointments were a hassle. The women who handles our area was inherently rude and confrontational for no reason. Don't give these people your money! You'll regret it!

He talked over me repeatedly, dismissed my questions, and relied on canned company talking points instead of addressing the inflated pricing. He spoke condescendingly about products from places like Lowe's and even made a backhanded remark implying I was "unaccustomed to their level of professionalism." So basically you can book a workshop, via the website, to "hands-on" learn how to build, craft and design a wooden product from raw materials to finished product. Our niece scheduled this outing for her, her parents, the wife and I (The 4 Amigos) to partake in a couples crafting workshop; thanks JT. Be warned, this experience is not for the faint of heart. You should really be prepared for the following: * If you go in the winter time, you will be cold. So dress accordingly! * This is a real, fully functioning place of work. It is not fancy! So dress accordingly! * If you are weak, clumsy or both, don't go. You can get hurt. (No one was injured during our workshop) * If you are uber sanitary, don't go! Bathrooms would not meet your standards. * If you are unable to stand for long periods of time, don't go! It is mostly standing room only.
