Luis and his crew did an excellent job throughout the entire process! From the initial walk through Luis was very professional and knowledgeable, and also very patient in talking about different options including his personal suggestions. They installed around 900 sf of Pergo laminate flooring in our downstairs and also stained and installed new stair treads which included painting the face of the stair white. They were very timely throughout the entire process including finishing our laundry room first so we could reinstall our water heater asap. At the completion of the job they did an excellent job with clean up and did not leave any mess or material behind. Luis then took the time to do a walk through and made sure we were fully satisfied with all work done. Everything looked amazing! I would highly recommend Luis and Complete Flooring Works for any of your flooring needs. We will absolutely be working with Luis again in the near future and look forward to another outstanding job! read more

Contacted Luis based on excellent reviews. So paying it forward. Purchased a townhome with very dark engineered hardwood floors. Had little hope they could be refinished to the natural red oak we desired, but Luis said he would try. We requested a high traffic finish over the oil based polyurethane finish because we have a small dog. He also had to fill gaps between the ends of boards due to hardwood shifting on our slab floors. Luis and his team started earlier than expected, and communication was easy. WOW!!! The results were better than we had hoped. And price was reasonable. See for yourselves ! read more

My husband and I were in the process of remodeling our kitchen, the last thing we wanted was hardwoods in the kitchen, family room and breakfast nook area. We didn't know anyone, so I searched the Internet and found Complete Flooring Works. The Owner, Luis Pineda gave us an estimate and he started the work the following week. Mr. Pineda and his crew were professional and efficient. We are replacing carpet in the formal living room with hardwoods, needless to say Complete Flooring works is doing the job within the next two weeks. We highly recommend Complete Flooring Works! Hire these people! Luis and his crew were low-cost, professional and willing to change what they were doing when I asked. They refinished 25-year-old wood floors in my house and the job came out beautifully--I really thought I was in a different house when I walked in it looked so good. I'm now hiring Lius to fix some floor tiling in the basement and I didn't even bother with another estimate; his rates are reasonable and his work is amazing. read more

Luis and his team did great work! I wanted carpet replaced with new hardwoods in a newly purchased house. The job was the entire first floor, plus stairs. Luis does the work himself, unlike others who sub out the work to a third party. The end result exceeded my expectations. The job was done on time, and Luis was very fair with a last minute change I requested. Highly recommend! read more
