I had them come and redo my kitchen years ago and I just called on them again to do our bathrooms. When I spoke with Ted, he remembered me (that never happens) and told me that David would reach out to me to schedule and sure enough, David called quickly afterward. We were able to put something on the books for the very next week and now I have beautiful cabinets! Also, when David came to take measurements, he checked out our kitchen, noticed a slight blemish with one of the seams and told me he would fix that too- without skipping a beat! The best part was the professionalism. Somehow, the night after the install, there was a leak in one of the new cabinets. Not only was David quick to respond, but he told me he would do whatever it takes to make it right. You just don't see this kind of customer service anymore. David and his crew were quick, super nice, fixed the leak, tore out the sheet rock, called a sheetrock repair guy and painter to come out and complete the job free of charge. I could not be more grateful and happy that I found these guys. When we move into our next house, I know that I will be calling these folks again. They have me for life. We chose the J&K Dove White "E" line. Apparently this is the J&K budget line, but you would be hard pressed to find anything budget about them. They look beautiful and have a good solid feel to them. Any little adjustment that had to be done was done and made to look as if it was all there from the beginning. David wanted to take pics when he was done, but I wanted him to wait until the whole kitchen was done because it didn't do the cabinets a justice to not see them in a finished kitchen. Rest assured, we will have him come back when it is all done to take pictures to really show how nice these cabinets are. I would absolutely recommend them for your next cabinet job!

And he was right! So don't assume the small price means lesser value or work. Ricardo made sure I understood the difference in the level of paints and allowed me to choose rather than just providing what he wanted. Paint was on sale at Sherman Williams that weekend and he passed that savings to us! I was able to get one of the most washable high quality paints for less than the normal price of the low level. We trusted his team to complete a large job on our new home purchase - remove popcorn ceilings, patch holes, and paint the interior of our new 3400 sq ft house - and our house looks worse than it did before they touched it. We have spent the last 3 months cleaning up their mess, including hiring different contractors to do the job we hired them to do. A list of issues we've experienced: * Peeling paint, caused by using a heat gun and not letting the paint dry properly * Scratched and dented several pieces of original wood trim * Carelessly painted our fireplace, light fixtures and original wood trim * Left obvious patch jobs * Sanded spots but didn't paint * Caulked areas we asked not to caulk to mask a bad paint job * Did not fix most of the blue taped items we marked off during our final walkthrough * Left the house covered in dust and paint splatter. Thankfully we did not live in the house at the time as we wouldn't have been able to move back into it in this condition. Jason did give us a partial refund (25%) but after spending $18,000 on a job, I am so disappointed and disheartened to see it left in this condition. When we returned a few days later we were shocked to see the state of things: - Broken fixtures including the shower rods and grommets carelessly tossed in the tubs - Empty beer cans hidden in cabinets - Unflushed feces in the toilet, complete with "splatter" on the seat - Drops of paint all over the hardwood floors - Poor quality painting on the walls, old color showing through - Sloppy lines, paint had dripped on the trim and baseboards - Unpatched picture hanging holes in the drywall - Leftover fast food trash on the kitchen counter We called Danny and expressed our concerns. He made a bunch of excuses, refusing to accept any responsibility for the poor job performed and the absolute disregard for our home. We had to hire another company to come fix the paint job and house cleaners to come clean up the mess and scrape the paint drops off the floors. I had the pleasure of plunging the toilet and wiping dried feces off the toilet seat. It was a nightmare. I would not trust him to cut my lawn. He undercut his competitors pricing and now I see why. Periodically I see his "marketing" truck parked at a local gas station advertising his services. I cringe whenever I see it, wondering who else he is going to scam.
