Home Sweet Home! Thank you for painting our home and our shed! We love how it turned out and we are so happy. Love how the front door turned out too, thank you Nick!! We have had several neighbors stop by to ask who did the job! We let them know Fernado Lugo - Professtional Touch Paint came out to the house walked around and listened to what we wanted done. He made recommendations, provided a timeline for the job and quoted the job. From the wholehouse powerwashing, removing the gutters, taping out the exterior windows, caulking, painting our wrought iron railing and cleaning up. Great job! Professtional Touch Paint read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Fernando and his team are top notch, both in terms of quality and honesty! Although we had received other quotes at much higher prices - one 4X more! - Fernando told us we did NOT need to repaint our entire exterior - that they could do the dry rot repairs and repaint where necessary and that would be enough to make it look great. And he was right! We did end up adding to the project because when we looked at the amazing new paint job next to existing paint, we wanted to paint more of the exterior, and his painters happily accommodated our requests. The final job looks amazing and the additional work was at minimal additional cost. I actually told him we should pay him more (he refused) - his guys did such a great job! We will definitely use Professional Touch Paint for any future painting work. Excellent work, excellent people! read more

We are working on remodeling a bathroom and needed the ceiling and walls painted and Fernando and his team came in and knocked this out of the park, I have seen paint jobs done before but nothing like this. Unbelievable job they did. I would never have anyone else to paint except Professional touch paint. The professional service Fernando and his team delivered was top-tier. They have painted my mother's and my brother's house and trust me you only want these guys doing the paint. Thank you so much Fernando .... read more

I hired Professional Touch to paint the exterior of our home in April, 2024. Unfortunately, my experience with this company is disappointing. ** Updated 10/23/24: As stated below, I initially wrote a stellar 5-star review. I then downgraded it to 2-stars after an unfortunate series of non-responsive events. Once I gave Fernando's company 2-stars, he was very upset. He reached out to me several times and even asked a friend to reach out to me to mediate. I appreciated his effort and was willing to meet with him so I texted him back within a few days to setup a meeting. I never heard back. It became very clear that the only thing Fernando is concerned about is removing my review and protecting his reputation. There is no follow-through or actual attempt to remedy the situation. I will need to repaint my house within the next 24 months. ** I initially wrote a really good review, as did many of you, I'm sure. The initial paint job appeared absolutely pristine: clean lines and very kind, respectful, efficient, and hard-working staff members. However, within a few months, as the sun changed position and reflected on the house differently, we noticed issues. When you hire Contractors, things happen and it's understandable. For me, it's all in their Customer Service and how they handle it. I reached out to Fernando on five different occasions. He responded each time but there was zero follow through. First, I asked that they finish a few details that were left undone (Ex.: molding strips around the doors needed to be painted and reinstalled). After a couple of texts over the course of a couple weeks, I ended up doing this myself. The second time I reached out was to ask for a quote to paint our deck, pergola, and fence. Again, after a couple of requests, I never received a quote, so we moved on. The third time, I reached out to notify Fernando, with photos, that as the sun hit the back of our home this time of year, it was evident the entire back of our house was under sprayed. He replied to me the same day "no problem we will handle that for you very quick." While I wasn't happy about this after spending thousands of dollars with them, again, things do happen. That was two weeks ago. I never heard back. While my new painter was here, I paid them to repaint the entire back of the house. Now, the left side of our home is showing some issues. I should never have had to pay someone to repaint our home 5 months after it was completely painted. Fernando is a charismatic and kind Salesman for his company. While we are all really busy, this lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. Based on this, I would not recommend using this company. read more

Professional Touch Paint - Quality work! - Painters Near Me

Pretty rude people. I requested quotes on yelp to touch up paint a few areas with holes. He requested me to give him a call and started to be very inpatient for some reason very soon. I told him I would send him some clear photos to get rough sense on how much he charged to repair such cases and they would go to the house to take a look for final estimate. Not sure what I did wrong. I couldn't imagine if I hire them and there is any issue coming up. Better to stay away! read more

I was looking for someone to paint our kitchen after a remodel, which was mainly a ton of trim work (filling nail holes, caulking, sanding, painting) and then paint an island and a hood vent. I stumbled across Professional Touch on a Reddit post and gave them a call. Fernando came by within a couple days, provided a quote later that night, and had his crew out early the next week. They did an awesome job and completed the whole project in a day. They used high quality paint, touched up several areas that we didn't even discuss, and painted entire walls to ensure touch ups didn't stand out. Overall my wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. No clue how the price compares to other companies but would highly recommend Fernando and his team. read more

We had Fernando paint the interior of our home addition and I could not be happier. They were efficient, courteous, and did a great job. Fernando's team did an excellent job! Previous renters had used a different shade of grey to cover up marks left on the walls. Fernando's team matched the original grey paint and covered up the colors that didn't match. Plus, his team touched up baseboards, moldings, and closets. All finished in just one day. The house looks brand new inside. Highly recommend Professional Touch Paint. read more

Professional Touch Paint did a wonderful job painting our home. They did the full exterior, and got all the details right. They were very thorough with the trim, gutters, and downspouts. If you want your paint job to be done in a timely manner, with a professional crew and exceptional quality, I highly recommend using Fernando Lugo with Professional Touch Paint. Everything, from the initial consultation with Fernando, the entire paint process, and final touches/clean up was flawless. I particularly was impressed with the high quality paint used, two coats (and primer underneath), and professionalism of the painter, as well as the clean up afterwards. Pricing was on point, and was fair. I highly recommend you consider using Professional Touch Paint for your next paint job. read more

Excellent experience! Prior to hiring Fernando for the job, I had reached out to 5 other painters in the area for a quote and gathered details of what they would do and what wasn't included. Some told me to buy my own paint, some were overpriced and some just weren't responsive. The fear of getting a botched job and just not knowing who the best company for the job was, made this household task dreadful. I'm a member of the "Raleigh Community Group" on social media and found Fernando's painting business there. With so many positive reviews, I decided to check "Professional Touch Paint" out. Once we agreed on a time and terms, Fernando himself came out to check out the scope of work, and the job was done on same day... with absolutely perfection. I can't say how pleased I am about how professional the painting was done. Once the painters told me it was done and asked me to inspect the work, I was blown away. I recommend Fernando and his team to anyone who wants painting work done right and flawlessly! They even leave paint leftovers for any future touch ups too. Thank you for making my life easier! read more

We had Fernando and his team paint the new window trim and touch up on the walls on our home over the past week. We have a large house with many windows. They did an excellent job of repairing dings in the drywall, caulking the new trim, dealing with some wood defects and priming and painting all the wood with two coats of satin white paint. The results are spectacular. His people work very hard and are willing to work long hours to get the work done faster if you wish. And everyone is very friendly. They also worked hard to keep everything clean and to clean up afterwards. They always took their shoes off inside our home to avoid tracking paint around. Fernando went above and beyond what is normally done by providing us with small containers of paint to match every room in our home so we can be prepared to touch up the paint ourselves if there is new damage. We will use his services again and recommend him highly. --- April 2019 We've used Fernando again to help patch holes and dings and then paint the interior of our home's garage. Our garage has 20' ceilings so it was no minor task. They did a fantastic job. We will have more work for them in the future. Don't waste time. Contact these guys ASAP for your paintjng needs. Their price is always very good, their quality is very high, and they are typically fast and efficient. You should perhaps do it soon as they may soon be in such high demand that their price goes up or they can't help you as fast as you might like. read more

I decided to trust the favorable reviews instead of the one star review discussing the poor communication and follow up. Recently had our bathroom remodeled but the contractor did not handle painting so I contacted Fernando Lugo for an estimate. Fernando provided a very reasonable estimate and was able to work us in quickly. We could not be more pleased with their work. The crew did an excellent job and was also very efficient and courteous. When we told Fernando the color were we're considering he mentioned a similar shade he thought would work well. We checked it out and my wife loved it and couldn't be more pleased with the color. I also appreciated how they went the extra mile to make everything look great including the installation of the new wall fixtures. Would definitively use them again. read more

I hired Fernando to paint a condo for a client of mine in Cary. When your painter shows up with a crease in his jeans you KNOW the job is going to be PERFECTION! And it was! I will use him again and again, and would recommend him without hesitation! read more

Im very disappointed because he came gave me a quote and he gave a starting date, that date came and no Fernando Lugo. I called, left a message and sent text messages until finally he answered and said he will start the following week. Well, here we are on the following week and he ignored my calls and text messages until he finally took his time to let me know that he won't start until Friday. How I can trust him coming on Friday when he is not returning my calls or text messages and he is coming with excuses every time I call. I found another company that will do the job and came with a lot of good recommendations and they will do the job cheaper than Fernando Lugo. Im really disappointed and can't believe he really played me. On another note we just got another house and he is for sure not painting that house, either. read more

BEWARE!!! THIEVES!!! Hired Fernando to repaint our kitchen and Living room after our remodel. He told us that him and his team would be able to finish everything in one day so we decided while they paint we can just leave them there and take the family out for the day. While we were gone, Fernando and one of his other workers decided to go in our master bedroom and go through our closet and nightstand. What they didn't know was we had our home security camera on. As soon as we got our notification that they were in the room, I had called him and ask him what they hell are u going in my room. His response was "oh no no no. Sorry. ". He kept saying something but his couldn't understand, really bad broken English. We rushed home and he was already gone. He didn't finish the kitchen but living room was done. I tried calling him multiple times and still yet have return my calls. I even sent him videos of him going through my drawers. Definitely don't recommend. read more

Fernando is the best painter I have ever worked with! I hired Fernando to paint the cabinets in my mom's house. The cabinets were stained Oak and very dated. I got a few bids and Fernando was one of the lowest. Fernando and his crew of four showed up exactly when he said he was going to and worked from the early morning until night. They even came over the weekend. The four of them working pretty much non-stop painted all the kitchen and bathroom cabinets removed wallpaper and painted a few walls. The kitchen cabinets were 30 years old and had some grease on them. Fernando cleaned them, applied two coats of primer to hide the heave Oak grain, and two coats of paint. Every door was perfectly done. He removed the wallpaper, primed and smoothed the wall and painted. Looked perfect. Fernando is polite, professional and an excellent painter. I am confident he will exceed your expectations. read more

Fernando and his team including Enrique and Erik did a great job for our new townhouse's paint job and I can't wait to recommend them to all my friends! We technically hired him for the job even before we closed (because we wanted the painting started the day after closing and for us to move in only after all painting was done). He was pretty flexible to work with and worked around our specific painting dates. He came for a walkthrough and gave us an estimate/pricing that was almost half of everyone else. And he clarified the lower price will not mean a low quality (and he kept his promise!!) His staff is a group of great, humble and polite men - what a pleasure to talk to and work with. I had 7 colors spread randomly throughout our 1500 sqft place and they understood exactly what color goes where. I explained once and 3 days later, everything was exactly how it was supposed to be. Clean straight lines where two colors met at an edge - perfectly finished! They did a great job cleaning the whole place after painting, before they left. I am a construction manager for a big commercial company and what we appreciate the most is a job well done, on time, at estimated cost. Professional Touch Paint did exactly that. I do not have a single complain. Affordable company that you can trust and you will enjoy working with. read more

Professional Touch Paint - there's really no better name to accurately describe a business such as this. Fernando Lugo came out a year ago to look at our house and to discuss the project we had in mind - to repaint the entire interior of our house (walls/trim - the works). I knew Fernando was a class act from the start and he lived up to the expectations and reviews from FB and the community. One year later and a decision on color and we linked up again to start the project. Fernando and his Team showed up on time and ready to go - without any directions they went right to work prepping the house, moving items and getting right to spakling, priming and cutting in the walls. I was thoroughly impressed. Pablo was awesome as the lead on the job - staying in contact the whole time and they worked from the start of each day through to the end - literally working the whole time. Absolute professionals, they stayed true to their time frame as well as attention to detail. Once done each day and at the end, they cleaned up after themselves and made the place look like it was when they started putting everything back in its place. If you are looking for a relationship based, honest, trustworthy crew - call Fernando and his Team at Professional Touch Paint. We will definitely be using them in the future for any painting, finishing or home projects. read more
