House painting is more than cosmetic, primer and paint protects siding in particular from damage…read more I have older siding, some of which was replaced due to water damage, I wanted to protect what was remaining. The Gonzalez contract stated scraping of old paint is included, but the team refused to scrape paint off my siding saying they don't do that. I brought it up with the foreman multiple times. Well, most of the exterior of my house is siding, so I would never have signed the contract if that was stated at the outset. See the attached photo for how they just spray paint over peeling paint. I called the owner and left a message but there was no return call. I won't get into other issues, but for this reason alone, I am giving 1 star.

Amazing experience…read more My cousin jimmy came over and accidentally caused a large skid mark on my wall when he was installing my pinball machine back in July. Had multiple estimates to fix that mark and also paint my spa room. Five stars price was right on point for me. Quality service, friendly people, a fixed skid mark, and no pinball for jimmy.

The work itself was very sloppy. They left drips and splatters that I had to clean up myself. They didn't remove any of the plate covers and left splatters everywhere. Fernando and his team are top notch, both in terms of quality and honesty!…read moreAlthough we had received other quotes at much higher prices - one 4X more! - Fernando told us we did NOT need to repaint our entire exterior - that they could do the dry rot repairs and repaint where necessary and that would be enough to make it look great. And he was right! We did end up adding to the project because when we looked at the amazing new paint job next to existing paint, we wanted to paint more of the exterior, and his painters happily accommodated our requests. The final job looks amazing and the additional work was at minimal additional cost. I actually told him we should pay him more (he refused) - his guys did such a great job! We will definitely use Professional Touch Paint for any future painting work. Excellent work, excellent people!
