The Gonzalez contract stated scraping of old paint is included, but the team refused to scrape paint off my siding saying they don't do that. I brought it up with the foreman multiple times. Well, most of the exterior of my house is siding, so I would never have signed the contract if that was stated at the outset. See the attached photo for how they just spray paint over peeling paint. I called the owner and left a message but there was no return call. I won't get into other issues, but for this reason alone, I am giving 1 star.

I never ever received any pictures for the work quoted. #2 You must have the wrong phone number for me because I have an answering machine and not once did you call me and leave a message. I also have caller ID which shows numbers for people that call me. I don't even know who you are. #3 "and letting you know the photos were sent to my knowledge." Not true at all...like I said you have never contacted me, ever and no photos ever sent to me. #4 "we've informed you that we will no longer be providing services for your future projects." Again never ever told anything about you backing out of the project. #5 The only persons that I have spoken with was the original person Eric who took the original pictures for the first quote and the Project Manager and we had many emails between us. Someone also came to my house after the initial project was completed and I was showing him the work that still needed to be done while he was showing me a photo on his phone of something impossible to make out. #6 The only person from your office I have ever spoken with is Kathy. #7 It appears to be your way that when a customer disagrees with you, you tell them that you will no longer provide them service. I read where you did that in another review on another site. #8 Again, I don't know you, you never contacted me, I don't know your cell phone number and I don't need assistance finding someone to complete the jobs. As a 75 year old senior I have been totally disrespected because I know exactly how all of this occurred. I am done with this chapter and turning the page. No further discussion of this will ensue.
