I don't care what the company says at this point about how they would "never" do this. I was there.

We purchased a jacuzzi from Choice Pool and Spas. Needless to say, we have had nothing but problems with it since we got it. Johnna was the person that sold us the jacuzzi. She is a great sales person but not a good problem solver or help getting her product taken care of but is great at passing the buck And saying I never said that (but in her words of course) I think Choice Pool and Spas, Eileen and Johnna, just hand the phone to each other in the store to try and appease the customer. 1. Built our deck to specs given to us by our sales rep. 2. Met the delivery person at our home and my husband helped get it put in spot where THEY leveled it with 2x4's. Pretty sure that is not the way to do it. 3. Leaked so bad it would shut the motor off 4. SECOND Repair person said pump was put in backwards when they manufactured it and would need to replace it. But would not come back until we pulled the jacuzzi out because he did not want to access it from the side of the deck that they gave us the specs for! Front of jacuzzi with motor completely open, sides had to be accessed by deck. 5. Sent pics and description of issues to Choice Pool and Spa Facebook chat when Eileen stopped returning phone calls and texts. I have had several phone calls with Eileen who said their people would NEVER tell us anything like that, or level it the way they did (I have video of them doing it) 6. Jacuzzi does not have blue tooth but we bought one with blue tooth 7. Cover comes loose on all sides and pops out. Foam inserts come out and frame has never stayed together. Now it's warped and bent. 8. The side cover screws don't stay on 9. Foam slides out of the side cover 10. The electrician said it might be shutting off due to water getting into the electrical. 11. The programming on the screen doesn't work either Probly most concerning for us is their lack of urgency to handle these issues And the fact they don't seem to care if anyone gets electrocuted in their jacuzzi. Water on the motor is NOT safe. If it was manufactured incorrectly WHY would they just not replace the jacuzzi? They delivered the wrong one anyway. LONG LONG LONG STORY short, we finally gave up getting it fixed so they won. It's exactly what they were hoping for. Wear us down, run out the warranty. SAD we waited 10 years to buy a jacuzzi. We didn't finance it, just paid for it and that's another reason they could care LESS. Our jacuzzi has been used a handful of times. Now it sits pulled out on the concrete pad waiting to be fixed by some very dishonest retailer that doesn't call you back and basically calls you a liar. It is sitting in the weather, heat, cold, wind, jacuzzi lid ruined on top of it. We had to tear up our brand new deck to put it where the repair person told us too. It went from being covered and protected to being subjected to all of the elements. To add more salt to the wound we need to rebuild the deck. Are they going to pay for that? NOOOOO... I can't post pics of the water that was inside around the motor because it drained out when he pulled the sides off. DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. DISHONEST TO THE CORE. I waited months to write this review to see if I would cool down and I just get more frustrated as time goes by. I hope this review helps anyone that may walk into their store.

He would throw tantrums and get mad if nothing went his way, I understand stuff happens but your a grown man doing all of this for what? The installers complain about not getting paid enough, management is decent, work place culture is a 1/10 not the best place to learn anything honestly, the hardest part of the job isn't anything. I really wanted to learn and I felt so unvalued by others no matter how much I really did try to learn. The most enjoyable part of the job was going home. I stuck around longer then I needed to because the installer I was with (whom I was placed with more) I really wanted to learn regardless of what he said about me, talked about me, gave me faces, punched around materials, the owners says he pays for materials and everything but he doesn't. The installers pay for all the material they need besides the pipe and that's it. Honestly,

I spent over $5000 for a wood burning insert and have had problems with the blower from day 1. I even called the district manager who promised he would have John contact me. That was 3 weeks ago and I've heard nothing from either of them. Today I paid a local service person who was able to fix it in 15 minutes. Turned out the sensor had not been properly installed. I will glady absorb this cost just to not have to deal with them any more.

First of all, I was charged an additional (on top of the regular delivery fee) $150 for a large appliance fee. One would think that this would ensure that a smooth and professional delivery would ensue. The 2 guys who delivered my 48" range were clowns to say the least. They put the range up "on one end" and my heart just sank. By the time they got it inside, one door was scratched. Plus who knows about the guts of the range. We filed the damage report and here it is 4 weeks later and the technician has come to replace the door only to find out that something else (a hinge?) was damaged and that needs to be ordered as well before the repair can be fully completed. Also, technician said that the installer should of "leveled" the range. The DID NOT !! What was that extra $150 for ?? I wouild think that a refund in that department is due to us. I am so glad we chose to buy our other new appliances elsewhere.

The salesperson who assisted us did not know the status of their inventory, quoted a 3 to 5 week deliver (when our washer had just failed), and outrageous prices. We went to Home Depot, found just the right washer for a great price and delivery in 3 to 5 days. I will NEVER go back to Garner Appliance. Beware.

Yes, we have power lines and a slope, but the salesman knew this when he assured us they had suitable delivery options. For 5 months, they blamed us, told us there was nothing they could do, and said it was completely on us - counter to what the salesman told us during the purchase. ORIGINAL POST: Epic Hot Tubs was an Epic Fail. Check the comments on their company on the Better Business Bureau website. It cost us 5 months, hundreds in legal fees, and tons of stress and coordination. They didn't deliver until we threatened a lawsuit. It was only supposed to take a few weeks, but it ook months. Jack Pyles was great until we paid our deposit. He went from telling us that installation would be "no problem" and they would "help coordinate" installation even with our sloped yard... to telling us it was our fault and on us that there were no viable ways to install the swimspa after spending tens of thousands of dollars. He never proactively communicated what was going on - only unhelpful and rude answers when we asked questions. He never even told us that the swimspa got delayed several weeks from the manufacturer to their warehouse. He told his boss that he had given us options but every option he gave us was untenable. For example, he told us to call forklift companies but none of them had operators and we couldn't find anyone that could help. It wasn't until we involved our lawyer and threatened a suit that they finally gave us a way to deliver the swimspa. The entire experience was stressful and unprofessional. Jack was especially rude.
