Outstanding service - KUDOS to Jaime, Emily and Al for helping me checkoff my last box on my TO DO list before giving birth to my 3rd baby. I am so happy to have met them and appreciate all they did to help me find a new lease and for doing it so quick! I was ready any day for labor/delivery and all I kept thinking about was, "how was I going to fit my family of 5 in a Toyota Rav 4". After making many calls to a Toyota dealership, the same dealership I've used for last 6 years.. I was always given the same response which was "we don't have anything available right now.. we might in the fall or winter.." I couldn't wait til then and needed a bigger vehicle that can sit us all comfortably and safe for a family of 5. Jaime and his team were highly recommended by a family member of mine. They used to have great customer service, not so much anymore. I only came here for oil changes and redeemed coupons in person from the jeep app at for 3 oil changes for $100 (download the app if you don't already have it but go somewhere else to use them). As of 2023, jeep changed the coupon for 2 oil changes for $100. I would redeem these coupons in person for the past 3 three years for all my coupons. I have also used the $5 off coupons and $20 tire rotation coupons in person as well. Now all of a sudden when I go to redeem a coupon in person, they completely straight up lied and say they have never redeemed a coupon in person and they have to do it online - which is not possible. They make me pay 120$ for 1 oil change when I have coupons to redeem. Instead of being an honest company and saying they don't accept coupons via the jeep app - the person that would check me out for the past 3 years literally lies and say they have never accepted in person coupons. Will not be going back. Dishonest and scamy. read more

My husband and I stopped at several dealerships in the area on Friday afternoon and most inventory was scarce and not one salesman approached us. Capital was our last stop. I was shocked to see a fully stocked inventory of a great assortment of vehicles. We got out of the car and started looking at a vehicle and a salesman (Ryan) greeted us immediately. He was awesome! We left and returned and bought a beautiful 2021 Acadia SLT with extremely low mileage. Every staff member was friendly and very accommodating. Even while we went over the financial paperwork Ryan kept our 8 year old busy. I really appreciated that because he could have made the situation very stressful. They went above and beyond for us. Terrible, got my tints on my windows done...then a year later i got pulled over because they were too dark even though i SIGNED a paper saying that they were the legal percent. Went back and didnt have my receipt, Rudy then looked for me in the system and accused me of basically lying and they never worked on my car before. He was looking in the wrong system and finally found my receipt...they didnt even offer to refund me at all, they just took the tints off for free, big deal...i wasted SO much time waiting there for my car and having to deal with dmv because they messed up. Will never go back there again, they obviously did not care about me being a customer to try to make me happy after it was THEIR mistake. read more

After receiving a 'Pre-Approval' letter from Capital One confirming a vehicle loan from Capitol Auto I contacted them and started the process. After speaking with Juan he told me I was 100% pre approved so I picked out a truck. 4 days later, after 12 hard pulls on my credit (which I did not give permission), they tell me I was not approved. After stating my anger with Juan, I get a call from "Stan" asking how was the process and my concerns?!?! Once I stated my feelings toward crooked illegal actions from Capitol Dodge, he responded with an attitude and told me to talk with the owner's attorney. I was buying my first car and I immediately told him my exact needs, I didn't want a co-signer, didn't want a high payment or a brand new car, just a good car, stylish, good mileage, and reliable for school and work. On the search for my truck. I went multiple different dealership looking for the Ram 1500 I wanted. Could not find it anywhere.
