    What a pleasure to work with this dealership! Purchased a slightly used Honda with no hasslr. Every member of the team is a consulate professional esp our sales rep Joe. They also have an amazing array of high end vehicles too!

    What a wonderful dealership, Top Quality Service from the first email, walking into the dealership all the way through to signing the papers. The owner made it a point to come say hello and thanked us for coming in to his dealership. Our Sales Advisor Joe was hands down the best, very transparent, didn't waste our time and at no point pushing us to buy. He went above and beyond even before we came into the location and exceeded our expectations during the sale process.     I live in Bay CA, I bought 2017 Jaguar XF few months ago and I found one of the Park Assist Camera was missing the day I received my car. I called Salesman named Fernando and he said he didn't knew about it and will pay me $500 for camera after I got delivery of my car in December 11th 2020, whereas Camera itself cost $689+tax in bay area Jaguar dealership + installation is another $200-300. But Fernando said he needs to get approval from Kenny, I talked to Kenny he said he only approves $400. and hung up on me. I called again was trying to explain it's gonna cost me more but at least pay me $500 as Fernando promised on December 16th and they said they are not gonna pay anything and hung up again. I noticed this issue very first day (25th Nov) while he sent me pictures and video of car that something is wrong with cameras but Fernando wouldn't listen and got frustrate after I asked him to double check cameras of car and he sent me text "everything on that car works." Beware and just don't trust their pictures and what they say, always but car from them after looking at car in person. They're not trustworthy and don't keep their words. Don't buy their cars by just taking look at pictures. And I hope my $500 or more they kept do some good for them. Amen

    Sold me a car that only lasted 3k miles and refuses to help resolve the situation. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! !

Since my first purchase, I have had consistent, terrible experiences with one particular service representative. He frequently lies about trying to contact customers regarding status of the vehicle being serviced. The last time he did this, my new F350 was being serviced for a minor factory error. I needed the truck back on a Friday, I tried calling twice to determine when I could pick up the truck, the service representative never returned my call and the truck stayed in the garage over the weekend. Since this is a vehicle purchased for business, I had to cancel a job on Monday because I had no means to pull our trailer that was required for this job. I spoke to the general manager and service dept. manager about this delinquent service representative the following Monday, and upon follow-up with him, the representative had the gall to lie to them, too. The service manager asked me to deal with him going forward. I have employees, too. This would never evolve into a recurring problem on my watch, especially if it affects my clients. As I mentioned to the GM and SM, if this person is consistently lying to me, then it's very likely he lying to other customers, too.

    Junk Cars, Unprofessional, and Clueless - AVOID G and S Auto Sales at All Costs…read more Buying a 2012 Volvo XC60 from G and S Auto Sales has been one of the worst decisions I've ever made. This place is a complete scam operation disguised as a dealership. Just days after buying the car, the check engine light came on. I brought it back immediately, and instead of actually fixing the problem, they just shut the light off and told me it was "nothing serious" -- supposedly something that wouldn't matter until the next emissions test, which they claimed had already been passed. Fast forward a few weeks, and I got a notice that the car needed an emissions test -- which it has now failed MULTIPLE times. Since then, I've had to pay out-of-pocket for a new battery, transmission, catalytic converter, and O2 sensors. This car has drained my bank account, and every time I went back to them for help, they either brushed me off or pretended they fixed it. Nothing was ever actually resolved. The final straw? I left the car with them for FOUR business days to finally get the issue fixed. When I came in to check on it, the car hadn't been touched. I asked to speak with the manager, and when I finally found him, he was literally more focused on bidding in an online auction than talking to me about the car they've failed to fix since day one. The mechanics have no clue what they're doing, and the manager is completely unprofessional, careless, and shady. It's clear they're just trying to flip broken cars, silence complaints, and squeeze as much money as they can out of customers while dodging accountability.
