I recently brought my 2015 Ford there for work that other Ford dealers apparently didn't find profitable enough to do (upgrading a navigation and infotainment system). Bowen's work was perfect. Everything worked exactly as it was supposed to. They left the car clean and tidy, with no mess or ragged edges. The project involved taking the dashboard apart, which had many potential problems and points of failure. Bowen's did it right the first time, and charged a very reasonable price. Being a small family owned business, it's clear the owner cares about the quality of their work. The owner isn't somewhere hundreds of miles away - he's sitting on a stool in the service area right when you walk in. It's clear they're invested in their work, and committed to doing a good job. Even though I live over an hour away, I'll be bringing my car exclusively to Bowen's for all future service and work. It's worth the drive for a place that does reliable, quality, and reasonably priced work (which hasn't been my general experience with most other dealerships).

He frequently lies about trying to contact customers regarding status of the vehicle being serviced. The last time he did this, my new F350 was being serviced for a minor factory error. I needed the truck back on a Friday, I tried calling twice to determine when I could pick up the truck, the service representative never returned my call and the truck stayed in the garage over the weekend. Since this is a vehicle purchased for business, I had to cancel a job on Monday because I had no means to pull our trailer that was required for this job. I spoke to the general manager and service dept. manager about this delinquent service representative the following Monday, and upon follow-up with him, the representative had the gall to lie to them, too. The service manager asked me to deal with him going forward. I have employees, too. This would never evolve into a recurring problem on my watch, especially if it affects my clients. As I mentioned to the GM and SM, if this person is consistently lying to me, then it's very likely he lying to other customers, too.
