When we went car shopping, I used reviews to help decide if Wile was a trustworthy dealership to buy a car from, just like you're doing right now. I very much agree with the other one star review on this site. I don't know if we are just the unlucky ones, but we had not only a disappointing experience, but it's been costly as well. The car was bought in March and then we discovered it required costly repairs. Buyer beware. Make sure you have your own mechanic inspect any used car being bought here prior to signing. I bought a new Hyundai from another dealer a couple of years ago and have been bringing it to this dealer for complimentary maintenance until that ran out. One day, a piece of the very flimsy cardboard engine shield came off. I took my car here for service and was told that because it had damage to it, I obviously had been repeatedly driving over something (ridiculous!), and that the replacement (which was about $350) was not covered by my new car warranty. They told me to call corporate, which I did, they were also no help. Despite a lot of arguing and yelling, they never covered the cost. Then about a month later the other side of the shield came off. I said screw it and just tore off the piece that was hanging down because of the awful sound it made rather than bring it to these guys. More recently the right headlight went out. Instead of taking my word for it, they charged $150 to "diagnose" the problem. All they had to do was change the lightbulb, which is what they eventually did. 2 weeks later, that light bulb went out again - they were going to charge me for it but backed off when I started to raise a fuss. Now, I realize I'm sort of a rube when it comes to car repair, but that doesn't mean I should be taken advantage of. Never going back here. Please stay away from this place. They are dishonest, overcharge, and don't honor the warranty that comes with all new Hyundais. read more

Bought a used vehicle from them, asked to look at two that were on the website will told me they didn't have them available so unknowing to me he sold me used junk that had a transmission problem dirty stained seats brake noise and temp heating problem. I have purchased many vehicles from several different dealerships, this has to be the worse dealership I have dealt with. Not sure where to start on this review, mis-leading vehicle listing, awful business management, or salesman and GM who don't live up to their word. Went to drive a "Certified Pre-owned Vehicle". After test drive put deposit on vehicle to hold car while worked out financing with credit union. When went back to finalize deal noticed warranty on paperwork didn't match advertised CPO warranty. When challenged salesman on fact, he said it was not a Hyundai CPO vehicle but local dealer CPO car... what is that??? CPO is always a manufacturer specific offering. Dealership did eventually do the work on vehicle to make it an actual CPO and meet the advertised CPO coverage, but caused pick up delay. Business Manager and communication with Salesforce was lacking. When they sent us the purchase agreement and sent the amount to be financed to our credit union, they never adjusted for our $500 they already had from deposit, and ignored our statement that we would put an additional $5000 down on delivery.. they sent the full sale price to our credit union, which caused us to have a higher monthly payment then expected. We agreed to take delivery as the financing was just to be done with this dealer, and plan on refinancing down the road. Lastly, the GM told us that he would give us an additional $300 refund based on the awful job they did.. guess what never received it, not surprising. The car also didn't have a front license plate holder (state law requires car has front plate). Salesman said would order and call to have it installed.. guess what never received a call advising the mount was available. Avoid this dealership, if want to buy a Hyundai, there are other dealerships that can easily perform better than this location.​ read more

Spent, at most, 30 minutes in the dealership before having an agreement and heading home. Andre, Paul, and Steve could not have been better to work with. I can't be much happier with their service than I am. Amazing. I had a really poor experience with another dealership so I wanted a second opinion regarding an awful, loud humming noise coming from the rear of the car. The previous dealership just told me to "turn my music up" and that "Hyundai's are always loud"... it's a 2019 Tucson... So I brought this to their attention and even the man at the service desk proceeded to laugh and verify that neither of those answers were valid. So he put the car up on the lift and 5 minutes later, he pulls me to my car, revs the engine and ta-da... my muffler was completely shot. They ordered my part and called me back within a few days. My car was fixed within a couple hours and they were super accommodating with leaving my keys in the vehicle to pick it up later in the evening. They also brought a recall to my attention that the other location somehow missed. All in all, I am VERY impressed and will 100% be using them again if I have a similar situation. Thank you all so much for listening to me (especially as a woman - we sometimes know when things aren't right in vehicles we drive daily!)! If I could give this place zero area stars I would. The "General manager" Andy is the most unbelievably rude old man I have ever dealt with at a dealership. He didn't have the car ready for us at the time of our test drive appointment. He had to go to the gas station to put gas in it?!?! We drove and came back. So we were having a discussion about the vehicle and asking about a warranty and clearly he didn't like our questioning. We said we wanted to make an offer for less than the asking price and he turned around and walked away! My jaw dropped, my husband and I are appalled that someone would behave like that. I would NEVER recommend or buy a car from them. (Btw, they would have made a sale today) I guess they don't need the business. read more

I bought a used pick up from Wile Hyundai. It was a GM. Wile negotiated a deal complete then told me there was NO WARRANTY. Confused I said a month right? No NO WARRANTY. I did not expect to be cheated on my $10k transaction and bought the truck. It had a parasitic drain, it continuously drained the battery. Wile Hyundai cheated me. Extremely helpful! Flat tire and no spare left me stranded. They were able to get my car to them, order a tire from a local supplier, mount and align, all while I still was able to make it to work. When I knew I couldn't get there before closing because of my job, they helped me out so I could still get my car back that evening. Based on their current sales promotion, I do not trust this dealer. They had a mass mailing of a "Monte Carlo Match a Pair to Win" flyer, with prizes "up to $5000 cash...," no purchase necessary. Tabs on each side of a card had numbers ranging from 1,000 to 10,000. The implication: If the numbers on each side of a pair matched, then that's the dollar amount that you win. But not so. As the small print disclosure says, the chances of winning only a $5 Walmart gift certificate are 39,796 out of 40,000. Yes, only 204 of 40,000 get no prize. The chances of winning a large cash prize are just 1 in 40,000. And those numbers under the tab? Just numbers; no dollar sign before them. For many people, the cost of driving to the dealer to claim the prize is much greater than $5. This deception to get people into the showroom is unsavory at least.
