When we had an emergency and needed the RV in the middle of the repair, Chris and the Cusson team bent over backward to make things work for us. Brought in for ac repair under warranty. They then lied to my girlfriend about needing brakes, and scared her into thinking they would fail on her in the next couple days. Needed my diesel generator serviced and fuel filters on the Motor Home engine changed. Was allowed to park in their lot plugged into 50 amp service for the night so they could start in the morning without us hitting commuter traffic. They not only completed requested service but checked all operating systems, lights, horns, tires, fuel lines and engine. Fixed and or replaced, warn bushings, a leaking fuel line and finished early so we could leave before traffic and make our out of state distination before dark. Great family business read more

Knowledgeable customer service. I've had difficulty finding a shop capable of handling my 2001 Class B and its generator. Got 18 year old Onan generator working. Needed new carburetor and some tlc. Also replaced front ball joints (upper and lower) and new radiator. They were able to complete work within a week so that I could leave on 4500 mile roadtrip. I will be using them for all major work on my 01D Roadtrek 190 Versatile. Price was fair (not low) but not unreasonable. read more

Excellent experience. My car was smoking and I didn't have too many options to go to that were close to my house. I couldn't be happier with the decision. The staff was professional and kept in touch with me throughout the entire repair and even came in $300 under the quoted price. I have a few other problems with my car that I didn't want taken care of yet and they never pushed me to fix it through them.
