Mom's been happy with their work for years, and now I'm happy with it as well. I had to recently have some work done to my father-in-law's car and it took a little bit of time to get the first appointment in (just under 2 weeks) so that wasn't an issue. We had questions about replacing the coils, should we replace all 8, should we test and only replace the bad ones, could I buy the parts somewhere else if I found them cheaper. They answered every question and talked through the options with me. In the end, we did all the spark plugs and they tested the coils and replaced the single bad one they found. We made another appointment and brought the car back to have the passenger window repaired a few weeks later. We'll definitely continue to bring work here. We called Toyota Care for help. We wound up waiting 3 hours for a tow, but the people at Steve's allowed us to use the lot and the restrooms while we waited. After a ridiculous amount of a wait, Brenda, in the office called the tow company that we were waiting for, and "shook them up". Within 20 minutes the tow showed up.
