Mom's been happy with their work for years, and now I'm happy with it as well. I had to recently have some work done to my father-in-law's car and it took a little bit of time to get the first appointment in (just under 2 weeks) so that wasn't an issue. We had questions about replacing the coils, should we replace all 8, should we test and only replace the bad ones, could I buy the parts somewhere else if I found them cheaper. They answered every question and talked through the options with me. In the end, we did all the spark plugs and they tested the coils and replaced the single bad one they found. We made another appointment and brought the car back to have the passenger window repaired a few weeks later. We'll definitely continue to bring work here. Megan does all the phone and desk stuff and she's knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. Thanks for providing great service and great work!

On the first one ,they only used the brush on 1/2 of the car. On the second car, they didn't bother to hose it down OR use the brush at all. When I went outside for the towel dry, they wouldn't dry dry anything below the door handles. All in all, a very poor job and not worth the money. In addition, their attitude was one of indifference. With the new brushless car that opened in town, I would think that they would want to try a little harder, because the new car wash goes out of their way to please you.

I scheduled my pickup to be undercoated with Fluid Film, which is one of the services that Reliable Auto Center offers. When I arrived, they were prompt in taking my truck in. It was lunchtime, so I wandered across the street to a food truck (trailer, actually) that Troy's wife recommended (my Cubano sandwich was delicious, so I agree with her recommendation). After Troy pulled my truck into the garage and put it on the lift, he actually walked across the street to let me know his thoughts on the truck and the process before they did the work. That impressed me. While I was waiting for my food, the owner of the food trailer told me that he owns a snowplowing service and has known Troy for years, even calling him once at 3 AM when one of his trucks broke down during a storm. Troy came and got him back on the road quickly. Anyway, my truck was ready within an hour. The bill was reasonable and when I inspected the work that was done, I was impressed again.
