California chicken wrap, sub cheddar for parmesan and ranch for caesar
    Shelly M.

Capital craft has started to do events like bourbon tastings and cocktail classes. Had the opportunity to finally go to one on a Thursday. It was a complimentary wine tasting. The wines were nice, it's unfortunate that they don't offer them in the restaurant. As for the actual food and dinner service, Anna was our waitress and she was so friendly and made sure we had a wonderful experience, which we did. I've never been let down with the sliders. They were delicious, as well as the pizza. I usually come here for brunch on the weekends, but if time allowed, I would definitely try to make it to another event.

Went to Capital Craft for Wing Wednesday and it was perfection! Hot honey boneless wings were delicious and got so many for $10. Also tried a monthly special, French Onion pizza. I was a huge fan, especially bc I could dip the pizza in the au jus. There was also Trivia later in the night. Such a fun mid week dinner spot! Service was a bit slow, especially to greet us, but it got better through our time there.

I gave this place 4 stars only because I cannot always say I have an amazing time. Tonight was pretty good there was a drink mix up where instead of getting the "naughty' drink like we ordered, we got the "nice" drink. Both were good and I'm glad we dined in time to still have the holiday drinks. Ann is an amazing server. She wasn't overly pushy and made really good recommendations. The music was really good. The music was current. My friend and I sang and vibed out to a lot of the songs that were played. We noticed the special menu as well. We definitely agreed we will be back.

What an absolute gem of an experience. I don't often mention service first, but this time it has to be done. Dana was absolute VIP of being attentive, invested in our experience, friendly, everything you would want and more in someone waiting on you. You can tell that she's passionate about how she makes her customers feel. The food was amazing. The menu is diverse with healthy and more decadent options. There was live music, but not so loud that you couldn't converse. My salmon was top notch!

Came here with a group of friends for a birthday dinner and it went very well. All of the staff is very friendly and nice to talk to. Kind personalities and interactive staff. Our table was checked on throughout our dinner and our waiter was very attentive, helpful and quick to act. The place itself is very cute, a nice comfortable setting thats good to hang out and talk in groups. It was filled with chatter in a great way as we were surrounded by people connecting. The food was also delicious. I got two Reeces peanut butter shakes because it was too good to stop on one! Would definitely recommend the shakes. I also went for a pizza with sausage, chicken & mushrooms which tasted good and had a nice crispy crust. Overall, a very nice experience!

I'm actually gonna go out on a limb here and give this place five stars! There are a few reasons why this place should be on your immediate "to-do" list of restaurants in The Glenbrook area. Firstly, their food is delicious, but won't keep you hungry after the meal. Your nachos, for example are loaded with cheese, peppers, and other ingredients all throughout the mountain of chips, and their salads, including the Caprese, have plenty of fresh mozzarella and tomatoes with drizzled balsamic dressing. They are plenty of beers and cocktails available for selection too including craft brewery options. Seating is spread throughout the restaurant with an active bar service and their frozen margaritas are BOMB. On a Friday and Saturday night, be sure to get here early so that you're not waiting for a table. It's a fun spot to bring big parties and yet the ambience can easily accommodate a romantic date.

5/5 Ambiance this restaurant conveniently located right off Hwy 22 with plenty of parking. Inside very nice decor and large seating area ima ms around the bar area. Large TVS so nice to watch sports. Alps have some outdoor covered patio seating with lights decor. Also can book reservations via Yelp app. 5/5 Service Very attentive and provided some Suggestions for top menu items. She said they are known for their short rib which is served multiple ways across the menu. 4/5 Food Waitress told me Capital Craft is #4 Burger in NJ so I tried the CC Burger and the sautéed onions with bacon was quite flavorful but not blown away. You have option on sides i went with sweet potato fries and now those were really good and fried to perfection not greasy. My friend went with brunch item stewed strawberry French toast and the bread had corn flakes for a crunch but we were expecting more stew substance with strawberries. They do have extensive menu so will be back to try more.

Great bar on 22. Love that they have a live waitlist and reservations. We had a great experience. Got seated immediately and helped out. Drinks were good. I enjoy that for the drafts, they offer a smaller size of most of the pours if you don't want a full pour. Draft selection is also great. They had some unique options. Down East Maple Cider was delicious. House red sangria was very generous with plenty of fruit. A little pricey for cocktails. Husband had the stuffed chicken and it was delicious. The risotto was silky and flavorful. My Margherita pizza was pretty good for a bar. It was a little floppy but not bad. Service was great. Both friends loved their foods. The tables are a little closer together which makes it difficult to move around especially with winter coats but I get it.

Unlimited mimosa, Caesar Salad with chicken, Pretzel Bites, Breakfast Wrap, Scambled Eggs and Oreo Belgian Waffle
    Kayla B.

I've never been crazy about their regular menu items, but decided to get brunch a try and found that CC offers one of the most reasonably priced brunches EVER! First off, members of their point club get free Pretzel Bites every visit---score! Second, for every person that orders an entree, you get a comped mimosa (only one per person though). There is also an Unlimited mimosa option for $20! At the same time, every item in the brunch menu is between $10-20, so it doesn't break the bank. I had the breakfast wrap, and for someone that doesn't like beans, I actually enjoyed it. Talk about being pleasantly surprised! The waffle was great too. My kids enjoyed their eggs and salad. I wish they did brunch every day! And the restaurant was surprisingly quiet.

Our server, Connor was extremely accommodating and helpful! We had no clue there was even brunch on the weekends! Steaks & eggs has to be my favorite and of course the bottomless Bellinis/mimosas ! And if you want crazy get the Nutella pancakes or the strawberries & cream waffles !

Frosted flakes French toast. So good it was half gone before I took a picture

If you like great food ,service, beer, sports, huge portions, fun, and an awesome environment. This is definitely the place for you. Let's start off with the fact that it was like noon so I'm in the mood for breakfast but a burger would do the trick. They have brunch and I got a breakfast burger and let me tell you this thing could feed two people easy plus it came with tots. The buns were French toast and it had sausage egg and cheese along with the hamburger meat. Phenomenal There a sour beer that's green and looks like the hulk. If you like sours get this and the cidars were so good also. I wanted a flight but I was driving so I had to be smart. I think I found my new favorite spot when I'm in the area.

    KENTUCKY BOURBON CHEESE BURGER
    michael a.

Started off with the fried cheese curds which were good and very greasy and then I had the Kentucky bourbon cheese burger which I asked to be done well done and it was. It was a good balance of spicy not too little nor too much. I do wish they gave me more onion rings though. But the burger more than made up for it. My server was very nice and took my order quickly. The food itself came out to the table in a reasonable amount of time and we were asked how it was by both our waitress and the manager on duty. As far as ambiance the music was at a reasonable volume where you could hear it and still have a conversation. They had TVs in every position so matter where you sat you could watch whatever sports was playing. Overall it's good spot they aren't doing anything amazing enough to go out of your way to visit but if you are in the area it's a nice place to visit since the stretch of RT 22 it's on is mainly fast food joints

Probably chorizo. Then they sprinkle a little bit of heaven and love on them thags... *chef kiss* Muah!!!

Kitchen closes at 10PM on weeknights, 11PM on Friday and Saturday, and 9PM on sundays. We have a late night menu on Friday and Saturday with bites, snacks and appetizers to enjoy until close.

With a google same day reservation, I rolled in with my little family of four and my mother-in-law. Gabriella, the chef's wife, treated us like family and every dish tasted like a hug. Highlights were the zesty Peruvian Ceviche (save bread for the sauce), tasty Steak Yucca Fries, and Berenjena con Miel - eggplant drizzled with honey and goat cheese. The Calamari was crispy and delicious even without the tentacles. Dessert was a victory lap with a smooth and creamy Flan, perfectly crunchy Churros, and Lemon Sorbet that looked like Olaf doing hot yoga. Then came free homemade limoncello to end the meal. It was bright, balanced, and dangerously good! We waddled out with joy! NOTES/TIPS: **Great solo, dates, friends, family. **Huge menu w/several vegetarian options and kids menu. **Wine and sangria available. **Gendered restrooms. Wheelchair-accessible. Indoor/outdoor seating. Warm modern vibes. **For 3 adults and 2 kids with their spaghetti and meatballs, 7 small plates left us very full. **Street parking if you're lucky, parking decks nearby. **Reservations recommended.

Service was top-notch, folks came back to help us pack up extras and also check on us multiple times. Stopped in on a hot day, tried a bunch: Pitcher of white sangria was a lovely cool sip, just about right for four of us per pitcher. Tapas/apps: - Special baked oyster fondue was only ok (reminded me of Oyster Rockefeller but not as flavorful and the cheese was mostly on the plate, not on the oyster); they had 3 on the plate and they noticed and had them make up a 4th for the 4th person at the table. Great service for that notice and sending a fourth one out - good touch. - Papas bravos was a good fingerling potato in a creme - Grilled octopus was ok - Peruvian ceviche was a touch too sour for me, but others liked it - had another potato dish but wasn't sure what it was called; just ok Mains, also shared: - Short ribs rigatoni was good, but not as good as the one at Ferraro's that I had earlier in the month - Seafood paella - not sure if this is a regional difference, but I'm used to having the crispy rice along the outside of the pan, crunch and savory -- the inside rice and shrimp, sausage and clams were ok, but missing the texture expected of a hot pan of paella rice, so left feeling like I missed out of something Dessert - churros were solid, with dulce de leche - lava cake was ok, not much melting (more like a little chocolate melted in the center but not enough to ooze out), but the chocolate cake was good, and the vanilla ice cream to the top always a good touch - they had a special fruit mix in a pastry shell - good fruit mix and the ice cream below was good - pastry was just ok, maybe needed something more like a napoleon's layers instead of being like a fried skin which ended up being a bit stuck in the teeth Overall great service, a mix of dishes that sometimes hit the mark and others missed, but will come here to try some other dishes that people at the table next to us ordered - the steak looked good, as did the fish!
