Cane Rosso in Sachse is UH-MAZE-ing! The food was incredible and the service was above and beyond. I have to give a shout out to Gavin, our amazing server. He made us feel so at home and welcome. His recommendations on apps and salads and pizzas were spot on - all delicious! The pizza bread is so soft and fresh and the salad (had bowl in the name) is the work of a true culinary genius! This is based on a to go experience but nonetheless it was great! We were excited to see a cane Rosso out near us after we used ti frequent the Gaston location. While obviously it's new and busy, I made an order and paid online and was given an estimate time. My pizza was ready and hot at that exact time. This location is definitely smaller than the others but the food is always consistently good. Definitely check it out (but make ahead a reservation :) ) read more

I want to start by saying that Cane Rosso is one of my favorite pizza places but my recent experience at sachse location was disappointing. The restaurant was very busy but I didn't think much of it and I ordered 2 pizzas and both had burnt side much more than usual. My advice, don't go when restaurant is busy as it clearly impacts the quality of the pizza you get. I don't think anyone enjoys the burn taste of the sides. read more

Ordered a Roni One and a PBR pizza, expecting the usual Cane Rosso magic. Instead, I was served what can only be described as a tragic grease sponge masquerading as pizza. The PBR pizza? Cold. Floppy. Undercooked. Like it gave up halfway through baking and just accepted its fate. The Roni One? A sad, limp, oil-soaked disaster. You ever seen a pizza that looks like it just got out of a hot yoga class? I have. I've had Cane Rosso before and loved it, but this location? My daughter and I had a reservation (which I would recommend) for dinner, we arrived and were seated right away. As soon as we sat down, my daughter's phone fell on the side of the booth and the window. When we looked, it was completely out of reach. Several people attempted to help us, even 2 little girls with tiny hands couldn't get to it. We had to notify the manager, Shane, who was absolutely awesome! After several attempts he was able to retrieve the phone. Thank you to our server Luke and to Shane! Sorry for being your problem table for the night! We loved the dog friendly patio! It's always hard to find a place we can eat with the little guy & it's a minimum requirement for us.
