I can imagine their greatness heated. The mexican corn on the other hand was the real elote deal! The fresh snap of sweet corn, dosed with cotija cheese and spices lives up to the hype! Sweet, spicy, savory, it hit all the flavor profiles. I had the naked chicken with an order crinkle fries(faves) which was greatly appreciated for it's gluten-freeness and flavor. However, it was abit overcooked. Which left it thready and a little dry. The sauce that accompanied it, was needed, but shouldn't have been, while the fries were fresh, but undercooked.
