12/2/25: There is something to be said about a restaurant providing consistent great food and customer service. We enjoy visiting the restaurant, and when we order online, or over the phone, the pick up times are pretty accurate, and the orders are correct. We dined in tonight, and sat near the bar. Our dinner was freshly prepared, and it didn't take long to get to our table. The restaurant is very clean, along with the bathrooms. They have a private room in the back for large parties. Now don't get me wrong manager did offer to fix the problem with food. And said he'll get it out in 5-10. Even Offered to give extra catfishes, then comes out saying they are out of rice && if it was okay to sub for Cajun fries & Mac&cheese. all of sudden.. my order comes out and it's exactly what I had order Magically done. First time visiting and the place was packed so I honestly expected the service to be slow but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was great and the service was even better. We went right when the doors opened, and we're so glad we did! This place is definitely a hot spot and for good reason. We ordered two cocktails, an appetizer, and our main course. They had a Valentine's Day special, which actually runs on most major holidays. It takes about $8 off their Lobster Tail Special, which is a nice deal! I ordered the Pink Barbie cocktail and loved it. the Malibu base gave it a smooth, not overly sweet taste. One was definitely enough! My partner got the classic Hurricane, which was way too sweet for our liking but did come in a cute glass. For an appetizer, we got half a dozen oysters for $12. I'm not an oyster fan, but visually, they were huge. According to my partner, they were incredibly fresh and the best he's had to date, which says a lot since he's more of a food critic than I am! For our main course, we each got a seafood boil with the house sauce (a mix of Cajun, garlic butter, and lemon pepper) at the 'hot' spice level. As our awesome waiter Jason described, the spiciness definitely lingers on your lips! We were absolutely impressed with the freshness of the seafood and enjoyed a feast of shrimp, lobster, crab, potatoes, and corn. This is a great seafood place and on prior occasions, I never encountered a problem. I was seated in the bar area and the waiter/bartender (Cody)was not service friendly. I had to asked 4 different times for items of which didn't get the plastic gloves and I resorted to napkins while eating a seafood boil! What disturbed me most was his attention to others. I even noticed another person of color, who was being treated in the same manner. He wasn't that busy, he had his mental issues focused on particular individuals rather than everyone. When I notified the waitress and showed her the strand of hair she grabbed my plate and said she would notify the manager. My husband and I met some friends of ours here the other evening because we had such a great experience at the bar the time before. At the bar again, we ordered our food. My friend ordered the Dungeness two cluster boil. Apparently, the bartender put the order in wrong because what came was something else and only one crab cluster. Bartender was asked this exact question: "Would you like another cluster?" My friend said yes. In the meantime, we're drinking and my friend's husband is ordering expensive rounds of Don Julio for us and others at the bar. When the "extra cluster" came, it was in the form of a whole new plate of two clusters and trimmings. My friend thought this was their way of making up for the mistake. When the bill came, she was charged for both plates of food. After a discussion with the manager, she was told that because she ate the first plate, we would also have to pay for the second plate. So the deal there is the servers are required to sign a document agreeing that if there is a mix up in someone's order, THEY are responsible for paying for it. So the bartender is groaning that HE will pay for it. Knowing we wouldn't let that happen, WE paid for it. As in my husband and I, because they bought last time. We spent close to $600 at that bar between food and drinks and weren't even offered so much as a discount for the error, nor did my friend realize she shouldn't eat the food she was given while we waited for what we thought was going to be just one additional cluster. WE WON'T BE BACK. We will take our $600 to any number of other crab establishments. read more

We love seafood!! My cousin raved about this placed and invited us along this past Sunday. When we walked in, it wasn't crowded at all. Once the worked out where to seat 8 people, we were promptly seated. It took us some time to decide what we wanted but our waitress, Fiona, was patient. My niece and I shared the Build-Your-Own combo, which was 2 pounds of shrimp, 1 pound of crawfish, 3 ears of corn and some potatoes. I chose Cajun seasoning with a spicy level of Medium. We enjoyed it very much. My mother and sister chose the Fried Catfish basket, which they also enjoyed. Two of my cousins chose the Personal #6. Which also ordered the Charbroiled Oysters and Scallops. We all partook of that and enjoyed it very much. It is very easy to spend over $100 between 2-3 people here based on the market prices. There is a 15% service charge added for parties of 6 or more. When we received our individual checks, the gratuity was already added.
