Alex our server came by twice in a 10 mins span to tell us he would be back to get our drink orders. 10 mins later he takes our order. 5 mins later his manager had to come and ask us if we were ready to place our drink orders. To his surprise Alex had taken it 15 mins earlier and never came back. The manager took our food order and our food came out before our drinks. Alex never came back to ask if we needed a refill and we were there for an hour. We watched as he checked on every other table.
