Food was rather good. All three items were delicious. Full in flavor and properly cooked. Also recommend the Agua Frescas; We went with the Jamaica (hibiscus). The young lady that was assigned to our table was extremely helpful with menu options and the service was great. Very attentive and interactive with us. She was such a delight. Ambiance was neutral friendly and clean. They have multiple television all throughout with different shows placing on them. The prices seemed a bit higher than normal, however, once we got the latest (the pictures don't do it justice) we understood. They are not shy about their portions. 10/10 we will be back. read more

The service is great. The Original owner and prices were a plus when we started attending basically every weekend. The new owner and prices are ridiculous for being in the Seagoville area. Small bowl of queso, on the menu $15 price!!! We showed our bartender, and she was stunt in disbelief, it had to be wrong! We waited for 10 mins before a server even realized we were there to even start to help us. There was a young child maybe 5 coming out of the kitchen. Another minor bussing tables. And a completely incompetent untrained server trying to run the floor by herself and was so overwhelmed that she didn't listen well and I never got my soda. I ordered a sprite and I don't know if she didn't hear me properly but that and the queso being 16$ and we didn't even have chips to eat the queso with. The Salmon rice is really good, I used to get it all the time. But they really didn't give pricing much thought, after giving it thought! Price jumped from $18 to pretty much $26. I really like it, but I will not be having it anymore. That's just blatantly ridiculous pricing! Shame!.. The rest of the menu isn't that great but they have karaoke. The music is always waaaaay too loud, you can't hear the person you're sitting with when talking. So it makes everyone in the restaurant scream over each other when talking, but agin, the salmon is good. It's just too expensive! read more

My son and I ordered the chicken fajitas without sour cream or guacamole. My wife ordered the crab cakes with slaw (the reason we chose Mr oyster). The fajitas came out with sour cream and guacamole due to lack of attention to detail. The chicken was tasty but was cut weird and very small portions for premium pricing. It really wasn't worth the cost or effort. The crab cakes were just ok. My son enjoyed the chips. Mr oyster was an ok resteraunt and average to today's quality and service. Just because we won't return because the cost of the food and services was greater than the quality we were expecting doesn't mean you shouldn't try it. read more
