Service and ambiance were great! I really appreciated all the movie decor. We got half truffle/half pepperoni with pesto pizza and the flavors were great. I wasn't the biggest fan of how soft the crust was I definitely prefer a crispy crust. Overall super good and the Caesar salad was awesome

Somehow the pizza came out cold at least the ingredients were and the cheese wasn't hard stiff. The dough not as airy as pizza napolitana traditionally is. The super nice staff made up for the low par food experience.

We ate the other day and had a great experience. We had pizzas and some spinach artichoke dip. All of them were really good. I would totally go back and eat again. The service was 7 out of 10. Good not great.

"Honey B" pizza and kids pizza.

We were recently in Fort Worth, taking one of our grandchildren to the zoo. He wanted pizza for lunch and we had eaten here several years ago and remembered it as being quite good. Thank goodness, it's still really good. He had the kids meal pizza and really enjoyed it. We shared a dinner salad and the Honey Bastard (aka "Honey B") pizza. The pizza was amazing, especially the crust.... Thin under the pizza, but thicker and soft around the edges. Perfect for dipping in their excellent Ranch dressing. The salad was simple, but very fresh and tasty. Our server, Kyler, was very nice and attentive. This place is definitely worth a try if you're looking for good, fresh food. BTW, the "Honey B" is the top seller and I can see why. Keep up the great work!!

My wife and I recently took our daughter to Cane Rosso to celebrate a recent promotion and the Christmas holiday. The evening we went, the temperature outside was somewhat mild, so as we reached the restaurant entrance, there were quite a number of guests having dinner in the restaurant's outdoor, courtyard-esque seating area. Since the courtyard seating is adjacent to the entrance, opposite Magnolia Ave., it was really quaint, and quiet, and absent of any of the normal byproducts of sitting outside when a restaurant is situated on a major thoroughfare. This was our first visit to any Cane Rosso location, so walking in, I was immediately impressed with the churning, wood-fired pizza oven. I'm a pizza fanatic too, so seeing the oven blazing inside made my heart flutter! I could hardly wait to see the menu offerings! Whenever I try out any restaurant that is "new to me," I have a bad habit of trying to order EVERYTHING. This night was no exception! As appetizers, we ordered the fried mozzarella bites, listed on the menu as Fried Nuggz and, the Artichokes Classique, which are fried artichoke petals. The artichokes are served with a Calabrian Chili Aioli. And, let me say, without reservation: These tasty bites of fried goodness are next level delicious! I bet they go through at least a hundred artichokes a day. I'm not even kidding! The first time I ate fried artichoke was waaay back in 1993, in California. They are a staple in most California restaurants, because they are grown there. And... ever since I had them and then moved on from California, in my military career, I have yearned to eat them again! Enter Cane Rosso and my life has come full circle!! In all seriousness, even if you go to Cane Rosso for nothing else BUT the fried artichokes, Go! Just GO!!! You'll thank be later! So, now that I'm back... for our meals, my wife ordered the Truffle Carbonara, with a Crispy Chicken add-in; my daughter ordered the Capra Stack Salad, also with a Crispy Chicken add-in, and I had the "Che Cazzo" Pizza. Everything was absolutely delicious! The "Crispy Chicken" was very similar to how one would likely get it in Europe; tenderized to 3/8 inch thick with a very crispy coating, fried to perfection and juicy! The Carbonara was to die for; homemade noodles prepared perfectly al dente! And, the sauce was so wonderfully light; with an appearance that re-heating any leftover would no separate. We did have leftovers that my daughter took home with her, but we did not check-in afterwards to see how well or not it re-heated. My daughter's Capra Stack was fresh and very delicious; very novel and bursting with flavor! She said she would have liked fewer cherries, but my wife and I both liked the flavor so much with the cherries, we thought it was great As Is. It was a great salad! Now as for my Che Cazzo Pizza, I will issue the following disclaimer: I should have paid closer attention to the admonishment in the Cane Rosso menu and followed the traditional European recommendation for maximum number of Items to be ordered on a pizza, "3." The Che Cazzo comes with four, plus bacon in the Marinara. This did end up resulting in a slightly floppy pizza. Now, don't get me wrong about the Che Cazzo; this is one DELICIOUS pizza! But, should you decide to order this pizza - and, YOU REALLY SHOULD ORDER THIS PIZZA! - make sure to request of your Server that your Che Cazzo be Well Done! Doing so will completely solve any flop or sog issues, and you will thank me for the recommendation. For our drinks, we ordered a couple of Spiked Sangrias, a Red, an Iced Tea, and a couple of Waters. All of the drinks were spot on; no "slime in the ice machine!" Yaaaaay!! Our Server was fantastic! She was knowledgeable of the menu, friendly, attentive and considerate! Very Impressive!! The ambiance inside was almost party like, but definitely not in a bad way. It was like every table was having their own private party, but one where the vibes were carrying throughout the room, but everyone's volumes were respectful of others around them; I was really digging it!! We spoke in normal times, sometimes with a little laughter at a higher volume but never felt like we were disturbing others, because it seemed like this was what everyone was doing. It was just a cool, relaxed, comfortable party vibe. Kind of like having an adult party at a friend's house, where none of the really obnoxious people showed up. The restaurant was clean, as was the restroom; clean and well stocked! All I will say, in case you haven't already figured it out, GO TO CANE ROSSO! Enjoy, Repeat! Eat well. Be well. Cheers!

Well, it's been ten years since we first had our first Honey Bastard pizza. And I'm here today to say it is still off the chain delicious. It occurred to me today at lunch to double the toppings. Six bucks extra. Well worth it. So good. Y'all just go and double the toppings for the win. Man, I dunno who thunk this pizza up but they deserve a James Beard Award or something. Maybe a Pulitzer Prize or a Nobel Peace Prize. Something! LOL. And the Caprese salad here is outstanding. Tomatoes are nothing to write home about but that's what I expect anymore in a restaurant (or anywhere actually...cannot recall the last time I had a great tomato), but the mozzerella, basil pesto, EVOO, balsamic, and arugula all work together to make for a lovely salad notwithstanding. Will definitely do this again here on future visits. Definitely recommend as a salad accompaniment to your pizza or meal. Great service in a very comfortable and enjoyable restaurant.

Cane Rosso has a great menu for the pizza and pasta lovers out there! A friend and I walked in for dinner without a reservation and were promptly seated. Our server was wonderful. She was quick to grab drinks and was attentive without being overbearing. The menu is varied with lots of vegetarian options. I tried one of the white pizzas and thought it was good. It was a little floppy for my taste, but the leftovers were excellent after being crisped up in my oven. My friend got the carbonara and liked it a lot. Parking was really difficult to find. The restaurant also got pretty loud, but it has a nice ambience with a ton of natural lighting. I would come back again in the future, but I'd probably carpool or Uber to avoid parking headaches.

Really enjoyed this pizza. The crust had that perfect wood-fired texture.. lightly charred on the outside, airy inside, and still chewy in a good way. The cheese was rich without feeling too heavy, and the combination of mushrooms and prosciutto gave it a really nice savory balance. You can tell the ingredients were simple but done well. Service and overall experience were smooth, but honestly the pizza itself is what stood out most to me. Definitely something I'd order again.

Both Service and food were amazing. I think the brussels sprouts and the artichokes are by far our go to favorites for appetizers. We really could eat all appetizers at this restaurant. The pizza is also delicious. They have both inside and outside seating. Reservations are available for all sizes of parties.

Cane Rosso how I love you let me count the ways! Your food is delicious, service great, restaurant clean, parking.....well that could be better. Seriously the Honey Bastard is my favorite pizza ever. It also reheats so take one to go. Love this place! Come eat a slice with me.

Great pizza, laidback service, and atmosphere. I ordered the beast dessert and two half-n-half pizzas. One pizza was che cazzo & cane rosso. The other honey bastard & PBR. Each pizza including the beast was good but nothing beats the honey bastard.

Margherita and Cane Rosso

I am a brick oven pizza connoisseur, and once I heard of Cane Rosso I knew I had to try it. The location is great. It looks like the whole area has been somewhat gentrified with bars, axe throwing, a CiderCade, and many other great outing options The restaurant itself is inviting with its bright red signage, the fact it used to be a radiator shop and still looks like a garage, the multiple patio seating options (covered and not), and the fun red pig outside. The interior is trendy and fun. There's neat decor, and everyone dining in appeared to be having a great time The menu offers a variety of classic and signature pizza options as well as build your owns, appetizers, desserts, and more The food was incredible. The Margherita pizza was phenomenal, but my favorite was their namesake pizza the "Cane Rosso". The service was fine. We were seated right away, but then our server was at our table that second asking for a drink order. We wanted to look at the options and have a second to think. This happened again a couple minutes later when we were asked if we were ready to order. Also, the pizzas come out FAST. The drinks... don't. It took like 10-15min to get our first round of drinks (one beer, one wine, and one cocktail). The restaurant wasn't especially busy, and there were multiple bartenders working. Our second order of drinks took closer to 30min. I actually canceled my order after 15min, but they started making the others before we could cancel them Some tips: Go when it is "happy hour" as there are many great deals. A number of cocktails are $2 off, Miller and Peroni is marked way down ($3), and the deal you can't beat is a Margherita pizza is just $10. We got 2! The pizzas come out fast, I'm talking, they're in the oven for 90sec fast. So, if you're looking for a fast pizza option, choose Cane Rosso, but maybe avoid ordering drinks Cheers!!

However, I find the food to be quite a let down, not worth the price. I had the sourdough and it was good. I had the steak and fries for the main course with the upgrade cuts of steak. The fries were well seasoned however not all was good evenly and some over cooked and some undercooked. The steak was okay, the sears were bad and so was the overall flavor. Overall, I think it's a great place for a business meet up and if you are standing at the property but nothing too special. Note: this was lunch menu and I heard the burger here is good so many you can try that but I wouldn't recommend the steak at all.

We opened with a cocktail from the bar, which set a high bar for what followed -- unfortunately, not everything cleared it. The Deviled Eggs with Spicy Best Maid Pickles arrived looking the part, four to an order, but tasted like they'd forgotten to show up to their own party. Bland, flat, and in desperate need of seasoning, we reached for the salt shaker, which helped, but shouldn't have been necessary. The pickles, to their credit, were doing their absolute best and were genuinely the only flavor happening on that plate. Skip these. The pickles deserve better supporting cast. The Cheeseburger with Wasp Sauce on a potato bun, however, is a different story entirely. We ordered it medium, half expecting the kitchen to interpret that however it pleased, but it arrived cooked exactly as requested, which felt like a small victory worth celebrating. The Wasp Sauce is a mystery worth solving, and the house-made chips that come alongside are fresh, crisp, and dangerously snackable. Pro tip: order a side of ranch for dipping. You're welcome. We also added a side of fries, which were equally excellent. No notes. Little Red Wasp has real charm, great energy, a fun bar, and a cheeseburger worth crossing Main Street for. Just steer clear of the deviled eggs and order the chips with abandon.

The cinnamon roll, which may look a bit underwhelming had a such a great crispy texture on the outside while still being fluffy on the inside. The icing wasn't too sweet and complimented the roll nicely. For the table, we had the pollo frito biscuit w/duck fat potatoes, Brisket Benedict w/okra and the Fixe Breakfast entree w/maple sausage and potatoes. The pollo Frito was delicious, the chicken was seasoned well and maintained crunch even within the biscuit. Duck fat potatoes were also good but were even better after adding some salt. The brisket benny was okay, the texture of the brisket was very odd and didn't really hold up to the egg. Although the okra had a great flavor the batter was a bit too thick which made it chewy. The Fixe breakfast was great and the maple sausage was perfect. Our waitress was Adriana, she was great and very helpful. Overall we would definitely come back and look forward to trying dinner one night.
