We had renters in one of our units for abt 3 months. It was newly renovated and with new appliances. When they left, the place was in disarray with dirty furniture left behind and dog or possibly human fences caked to the floors in several rooms of the home. Melanie and her team were excellent!!! I have before pictures of what it looked like and how it looked after they did a very thorough cleaning and disinfection of the place. Thank you again Melanie and team for saving our home. I wish I could add all the pictures but it literally looked new again after their cleaning services. Please hire Melanie and team for all your cleaning services.

When we were done we removed the sheeting only to find that it had a film on it to keep it from sliding and this film had leeched off of the sheeting and into the new carpet. Our client was upset to say the least and was witholding payment on our retainer until the residue and the dirt that clung to it was removed. We tried to clean it with no luck whatsoever. That was when I reached out to Ray. He met us on site the next morning and gave us a quote later that afternoon. We agreed and he sent his team to work on the problemed area. I was impressed with how professionally they were. Straight down to business and got the results that we needed but couldn't get on own. The client was thrilled that the new carpet in their penthouse lobby was back in pristine shape and I was sure to keep Ray's number handy. Since then I used him to assist with other jobs including the main office of one of the largest banks in the state. I have never had an issue with Ray or his workers and the work is always A+ caliber! I would DEFINITELY recommend them!

I gave Andrew a call to get a quote, he asked all the right questions, how many rooms, bathrooms, do you need help packing etc? On cleaning day, I left the keys and Oahu Professionals went to work and oh boy, did they go to work. They did a phenomenal job, they got into all the nooks, crannies, and everything else in between. They pay very close attention to the details and you can tell they take lots of pride in their work. After buying our first home, I do not think we will be moving anytime soon, but I may consider them for a touch up.

He chronically lied to me, he broke every term of the lease in the first week, he filed TRO's against me based on total lies such as shutting off the water, which I never did. He didn't even show up for that hearing. These guys were troublemakers and they did not care about my place at all, they either stole my stuff or disposed of it which consisted of all kinds of supplies, tools, furniture, my personal things which they would not let me take out before they came in. I had just remodeled the property and was going to move in it myself, and the only reason I rented to them was because he promised he would make my property clean and beautiful like he found it because he has the equipment to clean the carpets, windows, yards etc. They totally ruined the carpets, the house reeked like dirty dogs and they did not clean the place when I finally got them out by an eviction. I couldn't believe they treated me like this and failed to pay rent after the first month. Horrible experience with Talmadge and Andrew and I would not recommend them to anyone because they chronically lied to me.

The "new" owners of SNJ Cleaning Services (Eddie & Davlynn) have actually owned this business for a…read morefew years now, so I'm surprised there haven't been any updated reviews! Maybe everyone's best-kept-secret?? One of my friends is a monthly customer (carried over from the original owners) & said they were really good, so I actually bought one-time cleaning service for a few close friends that year, as extra special Christmas presents. Since then, everyone has had only good things to say...they're very easy to work with; hardworking, efficient & detail-oriented; overall great cleaning service. One friend even marveled that, not only did SNJ clean all around and under her husband's shoe rack, but they also arranged his shoes nicely on the rack (bc they were mostly scattered around the floor before that), lol! So when I needed to clean out a large room in our house on short notice--for my uncle to move in--we called SNJ for a "deep cleaning" service. When compared to about 4 other companies, their price was very reasonable ($350 for deep cleaning everything floor to ceiling, including the attached full-bath & kitchenette, plus $50 for carpet shampooing), and most importantly, Davlynn was able to schedule me for that very same weekend! (Really impressed that they work weekends too!) I'm not sure how they're doing estimates now--with COVID restrictions--but when I worked with them in early March 2020, Davlynn & Eddie also did on-site visits to provide free price quotes. On the day of service, Davlynn & her friend/assistant arrived about 15 minutes late, but they texted me ahead of time, to let me know they were running late. Davlynn did a quick walk around the room with me, as I pointed out some areas of concern, and noted that the carpet had some deeply stained areas that might need heavy duty cleaning. From start to finish, they spent about 4 hours cleaning everything in great detail, and Eddie also joined them to do the carpet cleaning. Everything was spic and span by the time they left, and we were very happy with the result. The only concern was that the carpet was still damp--because Eddie had gone over it a couple extra times, to try to get out those horrible stains--but they advised us to leave the windows open overnight to help everything dry out. Unfortunately, I think we should've used mor than just a ceiling fan to air out the place, because the carpet developed a really bad smell over the next few days. Didn't help that it rained that entire weekend too!! Eddie & Davlynn offered to come back the following weekend, to re-do the carpet, but ultimately we just decided to replace the carpet entirely. While it's unfortunate that the carpet ended up being a problem, they did offer to rectify it, and I don't really hold it against them. For regular cleaning needs, I would definitely call SNJ again.

The worst part was when I arranged this cleaning, I made sure I get a receipt upon payment but this did not happen. The guy just left complaining I am not patient. As I had to give a receipt to my management company, this was extremely important to have a receipt upon payment. Also, the level of cleaning was not good. It did not meet my expectations at all. I would have to take another hour to clean the floor to get rid of the dirts. I was expecting a professional cleaning but I felt like a person that does not really have experience. I was also expecting at least 2 people would come clean my unit. Considering the price, the cleanness and service are not really acceptable. The people that gave them a good rate may not have high standard for cleaning.
