A decent enough place with good beers on tap and food that's alright. Unfortunately, the bartender with the decorations glued to her face is extremely unprofessional. She spends a lot of time complaining to customers about the bar and its management. Apparently, a recent trivia night was canceled for a football game, and she had plenty to say about that. She can be super friendly with some customers and downright rude to others. I've even seen her roll her eyes after interacting with patrons. I've stopped going when she's working, which is too bad. I go out for beers three to five nights a week. read more

My son went and picked up food from Cams for me. The house on fire string onion rings, and the kettle chips are awesome! I also got the beef short rib French dip sandwich. The beef was so tender, and the Au Jus was not overly salty like a lot of other restaurant serve. read more

Lets start by saying the bartender last night sucked and so did the cook! The lady working pulltabs had to come from behind the counter to serve patrons. She would give the bartender orders and the bartender couldn't even make the orders right. At least 3x we were served the wrong drinks. At one point I stood at the bar for over 20 minutes waiting to get a refill on our drinks and the pulltab lady had to come back out and help again. The pulltab lady definitely lost money on her shift that she could have been making. Then the table next to me a waited for over a hour and a half to get his pizza, they brought the wrong one after 45 minutes, because the bartender never put the order in and then 45 minutes later brought the right one, but the crust nor the toppings were even cooked, it was raw. They still made him pay for his food, after all of his friends were served their food who ordered after him. We were a large group and some of us only ate half our food because it was cold, undercooked and disgusting. The French Onion Soup tasted like it was beef broth with an extra beef bullion in it. NASTY! The Fish was soggy and had no flavor, the fries were cold. Whoever is the bar manager should be fired for leaving his staff without help, they should fire the cook and the bartender and start all over with their staff. I was working near by and wanted to get something to eat with my co worker as we were both hungry. So across the street we saw a place called Cams, I have been there once before, but it was three and a half years ago. So we went in and were greeted by Paris, she's the bartender/server. She was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I ordered the blackened chicken sandwich, and my co worker ordered a bacon burger. He said it was the best burger he had ever had, also the blackened choker was seasoned perfectly. Paris was quite entertaining and it seemed like a lot of the regulars and others including myself enjoyed her. I am sorry I did not take photos, but that was because my co worker and I were so hungry that it wasn't possible, thanks Paris!! read more

All white people...then there was ME. I felt very out of place. Out of color. But damn the conversations I was over hearing ...those were funny. The bartender made a good sex in the beach..I and two as fast as I could and got out of there. I just needed a different crowd. Like more than just white people stairs at me, making me feel awkwardness. I probably won't be back but I would suggest it to others for sure. read more

Really like the food here. Friendly staff. Regulars are friendly as well. Great place to kill some time.

Service was fast and friendly. I went to the bar and had cheese curds and a 4 meat pizza. Both were excellent, probably shouldn't have ate all the curds because I could only eat a few slices of pizza. Hopefully it warms up well as leftovers. They had a meat raffle going on so the bar was packed. I was there from 6:30 pm until past 10 pm. They have a steady stream of people coming in for takeout. Nerve saw staff slow down if they weren't busy they were out talking to all of their patrons. I will be back. read more

Not even sure where to start... Got the wrong soup with my order, ordered found a bone in my cheese curds, meat in the Braised Beef French Dip was mush almost like it was pureed, missing bacon I paid extra for on my custom burger. Definitely won't be a return customer read more

Great food ! We went twice so far and service was wonderful. Food was delicious. They are packed every time I drive by on the way home from work. Much more popular than Kelly's. I'd say they are doing everything right ! Had the Reuben and the roll up so far. We ate in the dining room on a Sunday noonish and the bar on New Year's Eve. Everyone friendly. The Nugget was better when it was a greasy spoon, hole in the wall. Now they charge big prices for very average food. If I'm going to pay $15+ for a burger it had better blow my socks off.........the Nuggets are just M'eh. On the positive, they have a nice bar and a very good craft beer selection. read more

Just had a delightful meal at Cam's. The cheese curds were excellent, and the Szechuan green beans were nicely spicy. The owner, Eric, helped me pick a beer that I liked. My group had a buffalo chicken salad, barbecue chicken pizza, chicken bacon mac 'n cheese, half a club sandwich and a half grilled cheese. Everything was great. The room we were in was pretty quiet--the ambience is "friendly bar". I can't wait to go back. read more

Cam's is a local spot and is very loyal to its regulars. Depending on who's bartending you can get an ok drink or a really good pour! They do have some decent pizzas such as the everything but the kitchen sink! read more

Service was prompt and polite, that's the only reason I gave it 1 star. I didn't have a chance to try the food. I stopped in after a night of delivering pizzas. The floors were very dirty and sticky. There were missing ceiling panels and wire's hanging from the ceiling. The overall feel of the bar was dirty and in disrepair. I ordered a beer which was reasonably priced and thankfully cold. The clientele was undesirable and people were clearly being over served. I thought I might be able to enjoy a beer and enjoy a period of Wild hokey. I was wrong. That is, unless you enjoy a good bar argument, people falling into you, or the possibility of seeing a good ole fashioned bar fight. I would say leave it to as I was told the "regulars". read more

I have tried 3 times to eat at Cam's /sham's, because of friends that like the local bar. I personally miss Kelly's and I can't believe I'm saying this? First of all, I have never seen a patty melt not grilled??? Really folks! My pizza I ordered has had burnt corn mill on it twice, who wants to eat black stuff all over the bottom of your pizza- the sauce is great! But, again who wants black burnt corn mill on the bottom of their pizza, it's not tasty to me. The oil the use for the appetizer's taste cheap. Not quality??? Happy hour ???? When to have one bar keep for all the people in the bar, order all your happy hour together or you will miss out, not the fault of one person but of management having proper staffing. Speaking of the foul mouth owner, my mother was appalled! F...... F ....... No thanks, I won't be back on my own accord!
