Fun place to eat. Busy place to eat. The food was great! Nice large portions. Heck I only finished half of my meal! This place has a high energy atmosphere a tad bit loud but that's what you get at a bar and grill! read more

We stumbled across Malone's to grab some late night eats. The spot had a little bit of everything! Services were good for being slow on a Sunday evening. The vibes were laid back and welcoming. The Santa Fe Steak Bowl was flavorful and filling. The pan seared tenderloin was cooked well, and the grilled onions, peppers, avocado, pico de gallo, crispy wontons, and cheese all came together nicely over the rice. It wasn't life changing, but it was good enough. The boneless wings were crispy, juicy, and even better dipped in the ranch. I liked how it was overly sauced. The burrata bruschetta was fresh and delicious, with creamy burrata, flavorful tomato bruschetta, and a balsamic drizzle that paired perfectly with the toasted bread. The chicken wild rice soup was rich, creamy, and a little saltier than I preferred but the cup portion was generous. We dipped the bruschetta in it and it was delicious ! I'd definitely come back to try more from the menu. read more

This has recently become one of my frequented spots! They have a great outdoor patio space along with their indoor seating. The food is very good, with a lot of variety across various cuisines. I also feel like the menu price point is very compelling with a lot of entrees landing around the $15 mark. Service staff has been friendly across my several visits, and I certainly enjoy the ambiance of sitting outside when the weather allows it. Indoors is alright, but it's pretty TV heavy, and their main content wall is 4 TV's stitched together as one screen which leaves some gnarly cross hairs on the content. Overall, it's definitely worth checking out! read more

Sat on the patio for drinks and apps on a nice sunny day. Great atmosphere, good spot to watch a game. Nachos were decent, would like a few more toppings to go with the chips left. The old fashioned and margarita was very good. I would definitely come back! read more

We have eaten here several times now. Doing both take out and dine in and would say it's a great place for bar food and some drinks. We have found the service staff to be friendly and good and late night it does seem to be a younger crowd and the bar area gets a bit louder but it's a good energy. Also for take out they have a dedicated spot where you just walk in and pickup your food and leave. So very convenient. read more

I meet here monthly with a group of guys and our family loves Malones. It is one of my two local eateries along with Lotus that embody Maple Grove and the Northwest Metro Mr Jimmy's is a killer burger - add waffle fries and seasoned sour cream and you are in food heaven The Cobb salad is so good and the firecracker shrimp tacos will make your mouth water! Good beverage options, lots of sports on TV and a great wait staff team ! Malones is a solid choice ! read more

Malones is always such a fun time with friends, whether it's just the two of us or a bigger group of seven. The drinks, food, and service are all really great. We usually end up playing pull tabs while we hang out, and this time we actually won the $1000 jackpot plus a few smaller wins between us, which made the night even better. The flatbread we ordered was delicious. The pesto on it gave it such a nice burst of flavor. Since Malones is close to us, it's super convenient and always a good spot to just relax and have fun. There's plenty of seating but it definitely gets busy on the weekends. They have lots of screens too, so it's perfect for catching the game during sports season. We'll definitely be back! read more

Really great food, very attentive server, and a fun place to watch the game made this a place I will return to. I had a super porkchop (Cajun style) and would order it again in a heartbeat but also can't wait to try some of the other delicious-looking menu items. read more

Ate at Malones for the first time and I can see why they are so busy! The food was excellent. We tried the cheese curds as an appetizer and it was enough to share among the 3 of us. My guests split the chicken Alfredo. I had the Santa Fe steak bowl and I could have had at least 2 meals out of it! Delicious! Plenty of parking out front. Staff were attentive and helpful. read more

Was really excited about an evening at Malone's, but it fell just a touch flat. Ordered the walleye fish n chips. Although very hot, the breading was quite soggy and flavorless. However, the tartar sauce was amazing. Adding extra salt, a lot of lemon, and a dunk of the tartar helped a lot. Our server also appeared she could use a night off and seemed ready for her shift to be done. We've all been there. The patio ended up being closed as well, but it is what it is. I'm hoping it was just an off night! read more

I stopped in to Malone's for the 1st time today for lunch. Wow, what a great experience! The only thing better than the amazing warm atmosphere, and delicious food, was the great, friendly and prompt service I received from Steven the bartender. It's nice to have a friendly, professional, and interactive person as your server, and Steven nailed it! The pork chop was literally the best I've had that I can remember. I highly recommend you stop in say hello to Steven and enjoy a 1st class dining experience! read more

Food was great. Went on St Patrick's Day. Excellent corned beef and cabbage. Loved the sauce served with the corned beef. It was the special and so glad my friends picked this restaurant. It was pretty noisy. We did go right at noon so next time after the lunch rush would be a bit quieter. Nice portion of food. I'll appreciate my left overs tomorrow. The staff was excellent. Friendly host and very attentive waitress. She was very busy and did a fantastic job. She never ignored us and kept close tabs on beverages and anything we needed. We stopped at Malone's Bar and Grill and had a fantastic early dinner. I ordered the cranberry turkey melt and really enjoyed it--the turkey was fresh and flavorful, and the cranberry added just the right touch of sweetness. I paired it with a watermelon refresher cocktail, which was light, refreshing, and perfect for a summer day. The waffle fries were crisp and satisfying. I dined outside, which made for a lovely atmosphere until a bit of rain rolled in--but even that didn't take away from the experience. I'd absolutely visit again! read more

Malone's is a great local spot in Maple Grove! I got the burger, which was pretty good, and then of course waffle fries and seasoned sour cream which always slaps. I went here for my monthly book club and we had a blast. My friends are a big fan of their wraps and waffle fries! Service was pretty good. It's very much a sports bar vibe which I enjoy but probably not the best place for book club to meet, obviously! But a cool atmosphere if you wanna catch a game! read more

Hello I have been meaning to write this for a while. I am in a relationship that she can only eat certain foods. Granny salad is her favorite. I love the Bria tacos. It is a fun place with pull tabs, and a large bar, free popcorn and restaurant. The food is quite good, reasonably priced and consistent. My only problem is the waiting area and getting seated. The system does not work when they get busy. On one particular night it was incredibly busy, like standing room only. Im not sure what happened but we waited like 45 minutes and had a show to go to that particular night, so it was like should we leave or stay... one of those situations. We stayed, I got angry and voiced my concerns to the very young hosts at the counter... kept getting different times for the wait.... very frustrating. I voiced my concerns to a woman manager who was very accommodating. They comped our meal! Wow, how impressive. She did the right thing. Usually you just get lip service. I wish I got her name but the really impressed me being a manager in the past myself. She made it happen. We want to love this place and are quite regular because of her diet but please fix the wait times and your seating system!!! Thanks and keep up the good work read more

Mid food at high prices - poster child for why going out to eat these days is so frustrating. Hamburgers were delivered 7 minutes after ordering so they were clearly just sitting around. When did we get to the point where a mediocre burger is $16 and then they have the audacity to UPCHARGE for fries! Save yourself a trip, you'll get a much better burger at Portillos for far less. read more

Went to Malone's for a quick bite to eat and had a great time! It was St Patrick's day so they had a variety of themed drinks and food to celebrate. The restaurant was packed on a Saturday afternoon, but we still had pretty good service. I also ordered the buffalo chicken wings and they were pretty good. Overall I thought Malone's was a good spot to grab a quick bite to eat. read more

Came with a party of five and we were seated right away. I got the maple bacon burger which was absolutely delicious. I forgot to take a picture because I was so excited to eat it. Everyone else said their food was also good. My only criticism is that the menu online was not accurate. I personally like to look at menus beforehand because of food allergies, so it is kind of a bummer when they aren't correct. Still a positive experience though! read more

The Buffalo Chicken Wrap is the best thing I've ever tasted in my entire life!!! I came to Malones a couple months ago and have craved it every day since. The chicken is the perfect crispy-ness and the buffalo sauce ratio is impeccable. Nothing beats their house ranch (we ordered 3 sides of it). Not pictured but also delicious their Gin n Tonic and Cheese Curds!! Our server was so attentive and accommodating and had the best attitude even though the restaurant was so busy. Five star meal & experience every time read more

Malone's is bang average. Typical American bar food. Buffalo boneless wings were good. Spicy and good nicely. Pretzel with cheese was good for what it is. Good amount of salt on pretzel and queso is fine. Buffalo chicken wrap with waffle fries. Wrap was good. Fries were hot and fresh but very salty on this visit. Lastly though, the broiled walleye was not good. 2 filets was $23. No flavor and whatever oil/margarine something that they cook it in was all you could taste and it wasn't good. Adding salt, pepper and lemon couldn't help it. Not worth the money at all. Atmosphere is good, typical sports bar. They do have one of the best setups for watching sports in the area, if thats something your looking for. read more

It was raining heavily all day, but to my surprise, this restaurant was very busy for lunch. This was my first visit with a colleague, and they exceeded expectations. We arrived at noon and did not have to wait long for a booth. The 15-minute wait was worthwhile. The service is exceptional, very friendly, and attentive. We received our drinks promptly, and the food is very good. They offer an affordable lunch menu. I ordered the fish and chips, which was delicious. read more

Great sports bar/restaurant. We came in on a busy Sunday during game time. We were seated quickly in the bar area. Had a great server who quickly came to the table and took our orders. She also did a great job refilling our drinks without us having to ask. I ordered a salad and it was delicious and very large. Could have easily fed two people. My friend had the stuffed gnocchi special and it looked and tasted great. read more
