    California burger

I've gotten the calirfornia burger three times on different occasions it's always bomb. The ceased is not that good I wouldn't recommend getting it. The three times I've gone I've asked the waitress's no onions and it always has onions lol. But service is always great otherwise unless they're rlly busy which they tend to be. I love their patio they have cute lights I just don't like when they play country music. They also have a bar outside

I ordered the cheese curds and crispy chicken sandwich. The good: The beer was cold, and the cheese curds were delicious. The Bad: The crispy chicken sandwich wasn't really crispy. The crispy chicken sandwich bun fell apart, so it wasn't heavy enough.

Pickle fries. A nice twist to deep fried pickles....sticks instead of circles. Served with tasty spicy ranch. Disclaimer: half eaten.

Have eaten at Willy McCoys a couple of times. I forget how much I love their food. We had a well attentive waitress. Drinks, app, entrees and bill all came in a timely manner. Must return for daily menu deals and patio....once it gets nice outside!

Came here after mountain biking at Elm Creek based on the recommendation of a fellow biker. We were skeptical, based on the building, vehicles and, well, clientele... enough of my bias. The menu is incredible all-American awesome cuisine. So many yummy options. I could go here over and over again and feast. I had just biked two hours and was starving. I earned the PB&J burger. My burger came photographic perfect pink. Emphasis on PERFECT. It is so hard to get it done right. Not this place. Spectacular. The burger was covered by bacon cooked perfectly, thick jalapeños, and an amazing peanut butter. An enthusiastic five stars! If you read my other reviews, I am not kind about burgers. This was perfect. I got standard fries. Also fantastic. Perfect salt and crunch. Seasoned sour cream a reasonable $1 addition. They also had two for one beers. I ordered one War Pigs IPA and got two. Lol. Deck is large and tables spread out. Staff has masks, no gloves. Most patrons wore the requisite mask coming in and exiting. Worth a 25% Covid 19 tip. Waitress was awesome. I will definitely be back.

    Are there dart boards?

No they got rid of them... they do have other game options

    It's this business kid- friendly?

depends on the age/behavior of the kid. It's a typical sports bar. I've seen kids there before, but not every time I go.

2026 Dive Bar 3 of 40…read more Just off Main Street, you will find this corner bar not far from the river. Upon entering, you will notice a small bar with an adequately stocked bar, featuring about 8 taps and a number of canned and bottled beers for your liking. There are plenty of high-top tables and booths to accommodate a decent crowd. MaGillycuddy's Bar is one of those places that instantly makes you want to settle in and stay awhile. The atmosphere strikes that perfect balance between cozy and relaxed, thanks in no small part to the awesome tin ceiling-- it kind of gives this place a vintage charm you don't see often. The crowd is just what one would expect, just regular folks enjoying a libation and watching the Wild game. And they have pulltabs!! We settled in on a high-top table and ordered beers and our lunch. The Nashville Hot Shrimp is a must-try. just the right amount of heat, and packed with flavor. The Guinness cheeseburger is an open-faced burger topped with fries, Guinness cheese sauce, and, of course, bacon. That was a bit messy, and was enjoyable, but there are some other items I will want to try before going back to that entree. Between the solid food offerings, the friendly vibe, and the cool interior, MaGillycuddy's has all the makings of a local favorite. If you're anywhere near Aonka, do yourself a favor and stop in--you won't regret it.

There is a parking ramp and street parking in the area. Both are free. They were decorating for Halloween and it gave us such a fun vibe! We were immediately welcomed in and the service was phenomenal the entire time we were there! I would go back on service alone! The upstairs area isn't overly large but they do have tables, booths and a bar to sit at. There was a sign that said "basement closed" so I assume there was more down there. There are TV's, so this would be a cool spot to grab a beer and watch the game for sure! There is also a small outdoor seating area and is next to a fountain. The food: The deep fried pickle spears were good! The batter is light and crispy! However, because these are spears, they took a long time to cool to properly eat. It comes with jalapeño ranch, which has a slight kick but nothing crazy. I recommend getting the regular ranch too! My boyfriend got the Reuben and noted it was "solid." I got the deep fried buffalo chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries! Both were excellent! The chicken was seasoned well before battered and the sweet potato fries had a sweet/lime/seasoning that was unique and tasty! This is definitely worth checking out!

They did not have the extensions as they do now. That used to be the patio. The extension where the wall used to be had a big mounted TV and a poster of the MN Wild. The party room had maybe 5-6 trophies in there and a couple of jerseys. I am so happy to see this local bar get a complete makeover. I love seeing all the pictures of athletes that have come through Andover. This bar is a good representation of what a community means. The food and service are always great when I come here. All the people give off great energy and will always want to spark up a conversation with you. If you visit the place once and come for a second time, they will more than likely recognize who you are. Overall, if you are in Andover for any reason, stop in to Beefs for some good food and great service, and of course, a fun time for the kids!

It was a bit of a trek through rush-hour traffic from our hotel but so completely worth the trip. Discretely located through a door marked only by a red light above it we were warmly greeted by gentleman behind the hardware counter. We were prepared to answer with the password to let us in but for some reason it wasn't asked. No big deal. You are then sent through a door into the beautifully dimly-lit space of the speakeasy. There is plenty of seating, with small tables and some booths. We were shown to our table and greeted by one of the great, friendly hostesses. Drinks are ordered directly at the bar with one of the attendants. You immediately pay for your order which will then be brought to your table. Different but really a nice idea. The music was also nicely unique, with a mix of oldies from the 50's and 60's. An old black and white James Cagney movie played silently on one wall. In terms of the cocktails I have to say these are some of the most delicious and finely crafted drinks I've enjoyed. I began with the Start Your Engine, a delicious gin-based drink. My wife had an absolutely fantastic smoked Old Fashioned, smoked in a large box for a minute or two. Wow! Probably the best we've ever tasted. My second drink was another gin cocktail, the Last Word, which I'd been wanting to try for some time. A fine gin supported by green Chartreuse and lime, this was simply sublime. Highly recommended. The bar and menu is quite varied and extensive, so you're sure to find something to your liking. The space has a great vibe and mellow ambiance. Sufficiently dark, cozy and very nicely and eclectically decorated. Service was outstanding and informative. Reservations are recommended. Like many such places you are "limited" to 90-minute timeframes, which sometimes seems like not enough but ultimately works quite well. The quality of the cocktails, space and service all make for a really enjoyable time. Well worth many visits.
